ȯ DECEMBER 16, WEDNESDAY
ȯ WINTER BREAK STARTS FRIDAY

(Y/N) was nearly done with her six months of studying at Port Fraiser College. Today was Wednesday, and her last day in the college was Friday. 

School had been nothing but a blur for her. She passed her exams with flying colors, in fact, she was on the top lists for each of the important subjects.

(Y/N) was proud, and so was Mari. Mari said that (Y/N) was one of the best students she cared for, in terms of grades and how well she endured this scholarship trip. 

(Y/N) opened the door of her apartment, hitting some boxes. She had to start packing because she was moving to a new location. After she is done with studying, she would be moving to a new apartment to start her mock-teaching.

Until...

Before she closed her door, she heard someone call her name, telling her to not close the door.

"(Y/N)!" the older woman says, "Oh my, I thought you wouldn't have heard me."

 "I'm so sorry Mari-san!" (Y/N) drops her things at the table and helps Mari in, "I didn't know you were arriving this early!"

"Early?" Mari chuckled, "(Y/N) it's nearly 22:00 already."

"What?!"

(Y/N) glanced at her watch, seeing that she was right. Summers in Australia had long days.

"I was caught up with shopping," she said, face-palming, "I didn't even realize..."

"It's okay girl," Mari said, sitting down at the table, "You're leaving soon, it's natural you bring a souvenir or two."

"I guess you're right." she smiled; (Y/N) locked the door and shuffled her way to the dining table, taking a seat with Mari.

"So (Y/N), what are you planning to do for winter break?" 

"Hm?" (Y/N) was confused, "Mari-san, I'm gonna be all alone for winter break, I have nothing to do."

Mari was now confused. "What are you talking about?"

"I'm staying here in Australia for winter break; isn't that the plan?"
