Hot didn't know why he wanted to help David so much, he barely even know him. The main reason was that Hot was curious to know where the fire portal is and he also wanted to see the other world for himself. He knew that's where Pure's mum came from. Thought this is the reason he helped, he didn't know that.
Hot walked closer to her.
"Ok mum just tell me,any thing you want me to do I will do it", said Hot.
"Are you trying to bribe me?", asked Fiery.
"Come on mum, this is a once in a lifetime opportunity, you know I will never ask you this question again, since I was little you want me to do something for you, name it now and it will be done", said Hot.
"Anything?", asked Fiery.
"Anything", said Hot.
"Wait let me think", said Fiery as she bowed her head to think.
After some few seconds"I don't have all day mum", said Hot.
"Ok I got it, you will have to be with me for a week", said Fiery.
"Mum we leave in the same house, I am always with you", said Hot.
"No baby,we may leave in the same house but you are never with me, I need you by my side 24 hours in a day,7 days in a week", said Fiery.
"What?", asked Hot.
"Yes,we will chat, cook together, I can even comb your hair...", said Fiery.
"No way",cut in Hot.
"Then we are done talking", said Fiery.
"Alright but please only one day", said Hot.
"A week or nothing", said Fiery.
Hot had a angry face and it was as if the words were hard in his mouth.
"I....acc..ept", said Hot.
"Yea, but (a scroll appeared on her hand) you have to sign that after you used the portal to save your friend, you are not to use it again, and you are not to tell anyone about the whereabouts of the portal", said Fiery as she gave him the scroll.
"Seriously", said Hot as he opened the scroll.
"Yes, I told you the fire region don't joke with their things", said Fiery.
"What is the essence of the portal if no one uses it", said Hot.
"Who said no one uses it", said Fiery.
Later on Hot was with Fred.
"I need you to take care of mum and Energy while I am gone,I hope to come back on time though", said Hot.
"But I want to go with you", said Fred.
"You can't come with me, I need someone arrange in case something happens,we can't leave the fire region without any prince around (Fred smiled) I need to be in charge of things while I am gone,help the spirits,ok", said Hot.
"You consider me a prince", said Fred.
"Of course, you have royal blood inside you, I have to go now, bye,if we find them on time, I will be back before dawn", said Hot and he left.
Hot and David went into his parent's room.
"Wow so this is how a king's room look like", said David.
"Be focused", said Hot.
