Chapter 7

Natsu's pov

I explained everything to her and she just sat there listening but I could tell she was still mad. After I am done she says in a scale a voice as she could muster "I still need some time to think about it so I'm still planning on going on this trip." 

I sigh knowing that would've been her answer "ok I get it take all the time you need."

Lucy's pov

Just so your not confused she goes to the guild after school but she's taking some time off of it so that she can have a break. It's more interesting for them to not always be at school because school is boring after all.

I go to the guild first so I can say my goodbyes to them but not permanently just for a little bit I remind them. That doesn't seem to be much comfort to them since Levy and Wendy are still balling their eyes out I pull them both into a hug. "I know I'll miss you all but I just need some time away for a bit."

"Ok we will miss you" Mira says but pries them off of me so that she can hug me and then I am on my way as soon as she lets go. I take a train and go to visit my grandparents, they are the only true family I have right now besides the guild. I haven't seen them in a while so I hope that they are still where they were before.

I call my grandma to check in before I get there.

*phone conversation*

L: Hi grandma, are you still in the same house as before?

G: yes we are honey

L: ok I will be there shortly but can you please tell me your address?

G: oh that was today?

L: yes it was

G: my memory isn't as good as it used to be I'm sorry 

L: it's ok I moved it up a few days because a couple of my friends were also taking vacation too so we all decided to at the same time

I have lying to her but if I tell her this will all be one big bloodbath and I know it. 

G: oh that's probably why and my fall also unbalanced me too

L: what you fell? Are you ok?

G: yes, yes I'm fine dear nothing broken or to be concerned about

L: What happened?

G: when I was in the grocery store getting some groceries I tripped and fell. Good thing there was this nice young man who helped me and made sure I was alright.

I breathe a sigh of relief 

L: oh that's a relief, and how's grandpa doing?

G: he's doing good too

L: that's good well this is my stop I will see you shortly 

G: ok love you

L: love you too, bye

I end the conversation and hop off the bus I am not paying attention to where I'm going I was looking down at my shoes and walking.(smart idea Lucy like bruh never do that but it's part of the story and all you'll see) "oh my gosh! I'm so sorry" I say fumbling to pick stuff up and when I finally look up I see a tall blonde haired male.

"It's fine is wasn't really looking where I was going" he says and when I get a good look at him he looks a lot like someone I know. We barely talk and see eachother so I can't be sure I just won't make a big deal about it.

"Hey, by any chance are you Laxus of Fairytail?" I question kind of causally 

"No I'm not" he says fumbling over his words he looks nervous but I don't know why it's not like I asked him if he likes me or anything like geez. I felt a weird strong connection I don't know what it is so I brush it off and walk away.

As I am walking away I hear a scream from some random person nearby and I turn around to see a monster attacking a train. I turn around and call out my keys to get everyone out of her as I turn my attention in the monster. Just as I am about to attack the monster a blast of magic hits it sending it flying. I look in shock at the person who shot the blast but I knew it without a doubt who this person was.

Hi guys!
