I was in Octo Valley chasing my enemy. The octoling was trying to escape me and retreat somewhere. "This is agent 7. I'm in pursuit of an enemy octoling." I say into my headset. "Keep chasing the target 7. We'll arrive shortly to take them away for questioning." Agent 2 replied. I turned off my headset and continued the chase. I was getting closer to the octoling and threw a burst bomb in front of her making her stop long enough for me to tackle her to the ground.

I grabbed some rope from my pockets and tied up her hands. "I must admit, for an enemy, you're tough." I said to her with a smile. "If you're trying to flirt with me, it won't work." She replied. I let out a sigh. "Look, I want this all to end as much as the next octoling or inkling." I told her and turned my headset on. "This is 7, I apprehended the target." I said. "Good, just stay there and we'll pick you both up." Agent 1 said, and I turned off my headset.

I sat down on a rock exhausted. The octoling stood there just waiting. "If you want to sit, you can. Just don't try to run." I told her. "Are you sure?" She asked me. I nodded my head and she sat down. I never realized it, but she looked slightly different from the other octolings I've had to fight. For starters, she didn't have the goggles that they normally wear, and hair looked different. I couldn't put my finger on it, but I think her hairstyle is slightly different than the ones I've seen before.

She looked at me, "You said you were agent seven, right?" She asked me. "Yes." I answered. "Are there really seven agents?" She asked me. "No, only four of us so far, I asked for seven as it was a nickname my friends gave me as I was very lucky when I was younger." I explained to her. She nodded her head which I assumed meant she understood. I looked at my weapon and played with the safety out of boredom.

After a few minutes, I could see someone approaching in the distance. "Stay right here." I told the octoling and stood up. I flicked the safety of my weapon and held it up in case it was an enemy. As I got closer, I saw an Octoling there. "Who are you?" I asked the newcomer. "I could ask you the same thing." She replied as a smile appeared on her face. I knew I couldn't trust her as she had those goggles on that I was used to seeing.

She looked behind me and saw the other octoling sitting there. "So, you just having a chat with her?" The new octoling said. I remained silent with my weapon aimed at the new enemy. She didn't have her octoshot with her, but I knew that there were elites that were very good at hand to hand combat. "I'll take that as a no then." The elite said. "I won't harm you; I'd like you to please leave." I said to her. "Oh, acting big and strong, are we?" She teased. "Agent 7, we are approaching your location." Captain Cuttlefish said into my headset.

I smiled knowing that I had the upper hand. "I don't want teasing; I highly suggest that you leave." I told the elite. She shook her head. "I overheard that message you just got. You should just run, or things will get messy." She taunted me. I lowered my weapon. "what do you mean?" I asked. "Haven't you heard about your boss?" She asked. "He doesn't care how defenseless you are. If you're an enemy, you're dead." She told me.

I looked back at the Octotling I had just captured. "Do you have any proof?" I asked the elite. She gave me an evil smile. "Not surprised. There are things purposely kept hidden in the squid force. Like Cuttlefish's past. Back in the great turf war, he was the most ruthless and bloodthirsty fighter out there." She explained. I shook my head, then what about his grandsquids? Wouldn't they know of his past?" I asked trying to break what I was presuming a lie. "Not even his own kids knew of his past." She answered. I was thinking of a comeback when I heard a helicopter.

I looked up to see a transport helicopter and I could see Captain Cuttlefish, agent 1, 2, 3 three there as well. I turned back to the elite to see she was gone. I walked over to the octoling girl and helped her stand up. We were walked onto the helicopter and started to head back to the base.
