ISAIAH 23:19 VERSE 13
There are a lot of pretenders in this world, as I like to call them. Pretenders are the type of people who look like unto others as Christians by going to church and singing songs to him, but their heart is not in it. If your heart does not truly love God and you are doing what the world says you should do o be a Christian and you are just going with religion than you are just as bad as a sinner. See, my pastor explained this sermon last Sunday at my church. He explained it like this. There are many who are paddling in boats going the same way as the current. They just follow everybody else and they relax, but what they don't realize is that they are headed for a waterfall. The other type of paddlers in boats are the people who are paddling against the current and being different. That's how us as Christians should be. We should be striving to be different and paddle against the current of everybody else away from the waterfall. Last there are the paddlers in boats who are pointed against the current, but are still flowing with everyone else as sinners. These are the pretenders. They pretend to just be a Christian by singing songs that having no meaning to them and going to church without listening, but they are still following everyone else in the current and they are just as in danger of the waterfall as the sinners are. If your heart is not in it when you are praising God or going to church or getting baptized or being a good person or whatever you think being a Christian is, then you are headed for a waterfall. Being a Christian is not about religion, it's about relationship as I said to a person who commented a few weeks ago. Don't follow and do whatever man says you need to do to be a Christian and as a Christian. Do what God tells you to do as a Christian and that is to love him with all of your heart. Once you do that, you don't have to remember to go to church and singing songs to God and get baptized. When you love him with all of your heart, you're gonna WANT to do all of those things. So, don't be a pretender of the world to please man. Be that paddler who is going against the current and stay away from those waterfalls.

SpiritualPain comes in all different types, but what makes the real difference is how you deal with it. Will you decide to use the temporary things of this world or the permanent love of God? I also reccommend listening to There Will Be A Day by Jeremy Camp...
