Kurapike started down at his phone in his hand, his heart felt heavy. Why? He had completed everything he had set out to do so what was it he was missing... The blond ran his fingers there his hair as he sighed looking up at the setting sun. The sky was a mixture as yellows and oranges, he stood on a small hill over looking a valley bellow were lots a trees and a running river. The land was beautiful and rather magical, this was the place he used to call home.

Dirt had gotten onto his white shirt and black pants, his tie was losse around his neck and the top two buttons were undone while he held his dark blazer under his arm with his shirt sleeves also rolled up. He had returned the eyes to their owners, he spent the day digging holes and burying them near where he had buryed his klan members.

He flopped down onto the grass and relaxed as a cool gentle breeze blew threw his hair, the sun was still shining bright in the sky as it creeped slowly down being the mountains in front of him. He smiled as he looked over to his right, a small cross stuck out of the ground.

" I did it, I told you I would. I couldn't keep my promise before but I manged to keep this. I've returned all of your eyes, I'm sorry I don't know what ones were yours, I hope in the after life your vision improved and you could see all the beauty that the is beyond the horizon. Pairo.... "

The silence was broke by the buzz of his phone, he looked down at it. Pressing the on button the screen shone and he saw the name of the sender... Leorio.. He was in fact really happy to see his name he didn't notice the smile that had been forced moments ago became natural.

" heh... Hey Pairo you won't believe this but after I left again, to find your eyes... I came across a doctor, or well an aspiring doctor. He's really great you know? I think if he met you now he would of been able to help you...I wish you could meet my new friends, they are amazing.. You would of gotten along with Gon and Killua...Gon reminds me a lot of you... "

He sighed and unlocked his phone, he pressed open his messages but as he did the wind changed direction and his hair blew in his face. His fingers pressed the wrong button and now he was calling Leorio, before Kurapika had the chance to end the call Leorio had already answered like a bullet.

"Kurapika??"

He deep husky voice called from the small phone speaker, he felt his breath catch in his throat and the voice sent a flood of emotions threw him that he didn't know had been building up. It had been so long since he heard the other males voice, it made his heart race. He could sense the worry in the other voice as he called his name again. Tears had began to well up in his eyes, Kurapika wasn't one to cry but with everything that he'd been threw he had been holding back a lot and bottling everything up. Kurapika was actually a very emotional and passionate person but after his Klan.. He became closed off, he didn't want to get attached and lose It all again. He shut people out but now he didn't have to worry about the troupe and he was about the burst at the sound of his dear friends voice.

"L-Leorio?..."

He chocked out as the tears slipped down his cheek, his voice only caused Leorio more worry. Last Leorio heard for Kurapika was he was still looking for the eyes and the last members of the phantom troup. Did something go wrong? Was Kurapika hurt?? Those were the thought going threw his head right now and panic began to set in.

"what's wrong?? Where are you right now!? Are you OK???"

"I did it..."

Kurapika finally said as the tears continued to rush down his checks, his voice managed to calm Leorio just a little. He did it? So he won?... But was he OK. Leorio thought to himself.

"heh...im Ok Leorio, calm down I'm not hurt."

He sniffled as he wipes his tears away, the emptiness he had been feeling faided... Was Leorio the reason he felt so calm again...but the void wasn't completely filled.
