I want to just say the I didn't know what to name the story and went with discovery. I meant they both feel a little lost and so they are going to find themselves in each other but also kurapika is realising his feelings and Leorio is also learning more about Kurapika. I want you to know the title isn't just about leorio finding that out tho.
That all, if the was anything at all that might upset anyone please let me know. I not trans but demi-girl and do struggle with gender disphoria myself so I kinda projected my own feelings into Kurapika. I cosplay and ever since I began to cosplays character of the opposite gender to my birth gender I've been confused, I gets so happy sometimes when I bind my chest or have short hair or look masical or wish I looked more masicalin sometimes but I also still feel connected to my own birth gender unlike trans people. So I can't speak on behalf of trans people but I believe i understand a part of it, this is all I'm going to do in trans kurapika. After this Leorio becomes Kurapikas doctor though and helps him feel more comfortable in his own skin.
