Finni's POV

I began to run faster out of the alley as Bells head drooped against my chest as she fell unconscious due to the pain. I was such a fool! I knew better that to touch people, it only ended up hurting them. People were staring at me as I ran past them. They probably thought I had hurt her. You did, you fool. A little voice rose up in me. I shoved it back down, I had to get Bells back to her, circus. That surprised me, she seemed so nice. I never took her for circus folk, they had always startled me. I saw the big sign rising up and I turned toward it. As I ran in, I looked for someone, no one was there. I heard noise coming from the biggest tent so I ran into the tent.

There several people practicing in the tent. A man with bright orange hair and a skeletal hand, along with a women with white hair and big blue eyes hurried over. "Who the hell are you?" The man with the orange hair asked. Then he noticed Bells. His face turned white. "BELLS!" He shouted causing her to stir in her sleep and turn towards my chest, causing me to blush. The woman looked at me then at Bells then asked me who I was. "My names Finni. I met Bells at the market." She looked at me with a cold eye, though I could see she was just concerned. She wasn't really mean. The man with the orange hair had finally recovered from his shock and attempted to take her from me, but she just cried out in her slumber and turned into my chest even more. He stopped trying to take her after that.

"The name is Joker and this is Doll." He said gesturing to the blue eyed woman. "If you have a doctor, Bells needs to see him, I think her shoulders broken." I stated, my eyes beginning to pool with tears again. I felt so bad about what happened. What would she think of me? I had been on the verge of having a new friend.

The woman Doll nodded, and pulling Joker with her, showed me the way to their doctor. A man sitting in a wheelchair looked up from his work when we came in with Bells. He gasped and gestured to a bed. I walked over and gently placed Bells on the cot. She mumbled and turned around again. "Stop... no more... agility... don't want it... don't make me!" She cried in her sleep. I sat beside her on a stool and held her hand. The doctor looked at me strangely, then asked, "What happened?" I began to tear up again. "It was an accident!" I cried. They all looked at each other, all equally startled. "You, you did this?" Joker stuttered out. I nodded and began to cry harder. "I am really, really strong. Bells, she, she asked me to prove it." I heard Joker then mutter, "of course she did." I stopped in my storytelling for the moment, looking at Joker. Doll glanced at him then gestured for me to continue. "I picked up a solid stone statue and lifted it. When I put it down, Bells attempted to lift it, certain it was a trick. It began to fall, so I stopped it. She scrambled away from me and was leaning against a wall. I walked over and gently put my hand on her shoulder, trying to make her feel better. She turned around so fast that I reacted. I used too much force and I think I broke her collarbone." I was sobbing at this point.

I felt a hand on my shoulder, I turned my head and Doll smiled at me and offered me a handkerchief. I took it and wiped my face. 'It's not your fault, and you did well bringing her back her. Thank you." I sniffled then offered Doll a small smile. I still felt horrible.

The doctor had finished probing her wounds. "I think you only managed to fracture her bone, which means that she will only be out for a few days instead of longer." He gave his diagnoses and then began to place her arm in a sling. 'She's going to be irritated." Doll said, looking at Joker. "You know she wanted to perform opening night." Joker sighed and ran his fingers through his hair. "I know, but she needs to focus on healing."

"I don't mean to interrupt, but what exactly does she do?" I asked. I hadn't exactly found out more than her name and where she lived before I hurt her. "She is a master of the tightrope. She is as good as I am, and I am the star of the tightrope at this circus." Doll said quietly. I could only stare at Bells in awe. The tightrope, that's so high, I would panic if I were to even think about going that high.

"Something interests me." Joker spoke from where he had been hovering. "What do you mean you broke her collar bone? I mean, yes she is fragile, but not fragile enough for a boy of your size to hurt her." I began to tear up again. "It was an accident!" I began to sniffle. Doll patted my shoulder and said to me, "We know that, we just want to understand what you meant." I nodded and walked outside. Joker and Doll followed me. I marched over to a wooden post nailed into the ground, most likely for the animals, or for practice. I snapped the pole like a twig. It was so thick my hands couldn't both go all around it.

Joker and Doll stared at me in shock and quite a few others did to. I blushed and rubbed my hand on my neck. "I just am strong." Joker then smiled at me and laughed. He began to laugh as though he had heard a funny joke. "Well, if you ever need a job, come see me, a boy with your strength, Amazing!" I smiled, they weren't afraid of me? Most ran when they saw my strength. I nodded and smiled, "Well, if I am ever fired I will come to you!" I told him happily. They both laughed at my statement. Doll then blinked and said, "Oh, I never asked, what is your name? And where do you work?" I beamed at her and said, "My name is Finni. I work as a gardener at the PhantomHive Estate."

Doll smiled and nodded at my statement. "Well, thank you Finni for helping Bells. If you were at the market, then you most likely had purchases. You should go collect those and head back to your home." Doll said sweetly. I rubbed the back of my neck, and felt my cheeks heating up, "I, I wanted to stay until Bells woke up. I want to apologize and talk to her." Doll looked startled at my statement. Joker however placed his hand on my shoulder and stated, "Well she won't wake up until tonight at the earliest. So take these tickets and find me after the show tomorrow night and I will take you to Bells." He held out the tickets to me. I realized there was three, one for me, one for Bard, and one for Mey-Rin. "Thanks Joker! I will be back tomorrow night with my friends." I yelled and ran off.

I had better go get all those groceries. Looking at the clock, I yelped. I was over three hours late! I ran towards the market, if I was quick I could make it back in before 5! Then the clock began to chime. With a sigh I raced toward the market. Sebastian nor the young master was going to be happy with me.
