Ch. 1 - Finding Meliodas

STORY  INFORMATION

Hey everyone. This is my very first fanfiction about a Manga / Anime TV series. English is only my second language and I don't speak it fluent. Quality might vary from time to time.
The story is based on the TV series but not including many real scenes. I've written the story before I've finished reading the Mangas and watching the Final Season.
The story starts with short chapters but will get longer within the story, so stick with it. I've been re-reading and editing the first chapter so often but it's the only beginning I was always pleased with the most.

Weaknesses: Demon Powers aren't under full controll, danger of loss of controlling when Yami becomes too emotional
Look: black hair, shoulder-length, straight bangs; wearing a tight, black dress with a deep neckline, combined with brown boots; blue eyes when being normal, black eyes when releasing demon powers

Chapter 1 - Finding Meliodas

"Zeldris, come on, I don't wanna miss it!" I said excitedly and pulled him with me. But all I earned from him was a sigh.

"Why do you wanna go there anyway?" he said little enthusiastic.

I stopped walking and turned around to look at him. "You promised me" I said disappointed and dropped his hand. "If you don't wanna go... then we can stay here."

Zeldris looked at me apologizing. "I'm coming with you because I don't wanna let you go on your own. You know Meliodas is busy at the moment."

"I know" I whispered and looked down to the ground. I shouldn't have agreed to Zeldris joining me in the first place. It was a bad idea anyway.

"Yami..." I heard him say my name quietly whilst he took a step closer to me. He took my hand and began to stroke it with him thumb. The rare feeling of this gesture caused me to look up at him again. Why had he been so nice to me lately?
"I don't like the things that you like. You know that. But if you still wanna go and see the fireworks, then I'm going with you just like I promised."

I was thankful for Zeldris' offer but felt like I was forcing him into something that he didn't really like and that was something that I would ask him for. "Thank you Zeldris. But let's just stay here" I declined his offer.

"Are you sure?" he asked me.

I nodded quickly and tried to hide my disappointment. "What's one more to miss? They're the same every year anyway."
