"You're so lucky, Jess!" My friend said while I pack mh things.

"I'm actually very excited," I said, and zipped up my suitcase.

She's my friend, Khloe, and today, my sister and I are going to move to South Korea, where our parents live. We just flew to Canada because our mom wants us to attend school here. A lot of people in my school have been wanting to go to South Korea themselves because of the k-pop idols and k-drama actors and actresses. Khloe is one of those people. I, myself is a fan of those, especially Blackpink and Kim Soo-Hyun.

"I'm going to miss you," Khloe said. I smiled, and gave her a warm hug. I will too.

"I got to go now. I'm going to be late for dinner," she said and I nodded.

For the last time, I looked at my room. I will miss this, but I am sure that I am going to have a great time in South Korea.

By the way, I'm Jessica. My korean name is Ji Eun. I'm 19 years old, and I'm a pure Korean girl who's about to live like one for the first time in forever.

After hours and hours of sleeping during the flight, we finally landed on our destination. Good thing I know how to speak Korean fluenty or else my sister, Hanli, and I are not going to survive. My sister Hanli only knows basic Korean because we moved to Canada when she was just 6 years old.

We live near Hongdae and I'm a bit nervous to travel towards there. It's very far from the airport.

I asked some people to know how to go there, and luckily I didn't get myself embarassed with my korean speaking skills. I had a bit of an accent though, so that made me shy.

After a few hours of traveling to Seoul, the only transportation we needed to take now was the Bus.

Hanli and I got on the bus, and our seats got separated. I made her seat in front of me beside an old lady, and I sat behind her beside a guy.

I sat down, and I looked out the window. I noticed that the guy was asleep. He was bowing his head down, and is about to lose his balance. After a few minutes, the bus stopped, and that made him wake up. He slowly opened his eyes and sat properly. That's when I saw his face properly. Holy... he's super good-looking. I immediately looked away before he could see my messed up face because of traveling.

I felt my cheeks burning and I couldn't help but smile. I guess I'm a fortunate girl today. We arrived at our bus stop, and I noticed that it wasn't his. I glanced at him one last time, and noticed that he looks like a k-pop trainee. His hair was black, and he was wearing a school uniform that looked like from an art school.

Hanli and I got off the bus, and walked towards out house.

"We're home!" I said while taking off my shoes on the entrance.

"Hanli! Ji Eun!" I heard my grandmother's voice shouting our names, it immediately put a smile on my faces. She reached out for me, and hugged both me and my sister.

"I missed you, honey!" My mother said, and she gave me a hug as well.

"So, you don't miss me?" Hanli joked, and I just rolled my eyes.

I'm used to her doing this, so I said, "Yeah, they don't because you're still not organized with your things, and you're still noisy." She furrowed her eyebrows and pouted.

"Yah! That doesn't connect with them missing me," she said, and hugged both of our parents.

I laughed, and took our luggages inside our room.

Things are indeed going to work well for us here. I just know it.
