<Lauren's POV>
I woke up to my phone going off in the doc on my night stand I rolled over and saw it was 6:30. I internally groaned at my 2 hours of sleep. I mean werewolves can go days without sleep but the less sleep I got the less human I felt. Not that I was actually human but still. I thought back to last nights events; Chris, Ally, and I chase a couple of vampires to the Canadian border before we lost them. We got back around 4:30. I pulled myself out of bed and took a quick shower. I took about 10 minutes in my make up and then pulled on a pair of blue skinny jeans with frays over it. I then pulled on a white t-shirt and pulled on a black leather jacket over it. I pulled on my vans and walked down the steps. I saw Chris and Taylor chomping down on random food from the fridge. It's amazing how werewolves need to eat. Ally hadn't yet woken up because she no longer attended high school. Chris was a freshman while Taylor was in middle school. Taylor hadn't yet phased and Chris just recently phased. I had been phasing for years. Our parents were killed when we were young. We lived with Ally, Normani, Seth, and Emily. They were my pack. Of course Ally was the alpha an I was the beta. All of us we're werewolves with the exception of Normani and Emily. Emily and Normani were both human but they covered our asses and made sure we didn't kill each other. They were just as a part of the pack as any of us.
I grabbed a protein bar and a bottle of water before heading out to my car to drive to school. Chris liked to take the bus instead of leave early and Seth always found his own way to school. Seth was about 6 months younger then me, while Normani was a whole year younger than me. Seth and I were juniors while Normani was a sophomore. Normani and Seth normally find their own ways to school.

'Joy another day of hell.' I thought to myself before taking off toward Forks High: Home of the Spartans.
