It took me maybe two hours to pack for our summer vactation in Florida. I didnt even pay attention to what pieces of clothing I was pairing, just threw them into a bag.
After I was finished, I set my suitcase on the bed, plopped onto my beanbag and called the group chat.
Vanessa was the first to pick up, "Hey babesssssss."
"Heyyyyy," I couldn't see her face through the phone I just heard her voice and some weird rustling sounds
"What are you doing?" I asked.
"I'm looking for that blue sweatshirt, the PRETTYMUCH one." She answered still not in view.
"Sweatshirt? Girl we are going to Flordia it's going to be hot as hell." Kainaz logged on.
"But like still... they're comfy."
"Hey Kainaz are bringing that crop top with the black and white mandala pattern?"
"Yeah,"
"Okay bet."
We thought it would be easier if we all wore each other's stuff when we were down there so we wouldnt have to pack our entire closets.
"Where are Bianca and Carmen?" I asked realizing that our other two friends weren't here.
"I don't know, Carmen prolly went to the mall to pick up some biddies and dragged poor Bianca along for the ride."
"Girl, we going to Flordia what is the point in all that?"
"You right, you right."
"Imma just text her." I rolled my eyes at the girls while Kainaz started working on this new song she was producing.

Just trying to find
a cute bathing suit before we go

plus my parents gave
me money to buy a fridge
and microwave for the dorm
but my roomie already got one
so imma go raid the stores

it for gas money??
Caramel:
Nope. Vanz is
having that red tag,
white tag sale thing
Cinnamon:
Girl give me two minutes

Caramel:
Aight. I'll see you in a bit
"Get dressed we going to the mall." I said through the phone before hanging.
