Kiss in the Rain (Harry Styles fanfic)

Harry's...my date?

I knocked on his door nervously. I heard footsteps and voices. Harry opened the door.

"Hey, Cassidy," he said while letting me in.

"Hey, Harry," I said. His house was amazing. It was so...nice.

He introduced me to his parents.

"Cassidy, this is my mom and dad, Kelly and Russell. Mom, dad, this is Cassidy."

"Hi there!" His mom chirped at me, smiling.

"Hi," I said smiling. His dad shook my hand and said hello. We all say down at the table. They all started talking about random things, me only talking slightly. All of a sudden, Harry's mom said something horrifying.

"I know the school dance is coming up, and Harry doesn't have a date. You two should go together!"

Me and Harry looked at each other.

"Uhm...I don't know about that," Harry said.

"I agree."

"No, no! You two really would be so cute together! It's official! Harry, you're taking Cassidy!"

We looked at each other horrified.

I finished my food and went home. I called Jessica and told her everything. She freaked, and so did I. Half of me was happy, half of me was horrified.

I got in bed and drifted off to sleep with my thoughts crumbled. I'm so scared...
