Chapter 23: Visit you
It's been 5 years since Taehyung left Seoul. His weight loss this past few years became successful. He reached his goal of 63.4 kilograms. He also maintains his diet to take care of himself.
Not only that, but he builds his own company as well where he makes and creates games. It became successful on its first launch. He launched his company in Seoul as well, that's why he went there to check it. He got successful in his game release with help from his friends and professionals.
Furthermore, he is thankful to Hoseok who helped him with the money he spent on his games. Hoseok is one of his closest friends and the only person he trusted so much. Even though his company went far, he never forgets to include Hoseok.
He doesn't want to, but he had to because he is invited to some events in Seoul. His mother didn't go with him because she takes a vacation trip with her friends in America. Moreover, Hoseok invited him to Seoul to able to spend more time there because he is more comfortable in Seoul, and Taehyung willingly agreed to him.
While staying at the hotel in Seoul, Taehyung contacts Hoseok to tell him that he is already in South Korea. He didn't tell him anything before he arrived, that's why he's excited to surprise him. Waiting for Hoseok to answer, Taehyung rummages into the hotel's cabinet to choose an outfit because he just finished his shower.
“Hello”
Finally, Hoseok answers his calls, and a smile plastered on his lips.
“Hyung, hi!” Taehyung excitedly greeted him.
“Taehyung, why did you call me? Do you need something?” Hoseok started the conversation between them.
“Nothing, Hyung, can't I just call you?” Taehyung giggled.
“Of course, you can, I'm just curious why you suddenly call without texting me first. Aren't you busy?” Hoseok inquired.
“Well, it's because I have something to tell you.” Taehyung replied with a hint of excitement in his tone.
“Really? What is it, then?” Hoseok asked.
“I'm in Seoul right now!” Taehyung told him, obviously smiling ear-to-ear.
“What? For real?” Hoseok is surprised to hear that.
“Yes, and I'm going to your company to visit you.” Taehyung replied.
“Sure, I'll wait for you then. Make sure to go here around 5 pm, I have meetings today, so I don't want you to waste your time waiting for me.” Hoseok stated.
“Okay, should I text you once I arrive there? Or not? I'm not bothering you, right?” Taehyung uttered.
“Don't worry, you're not bothering me. I would love to see you and yeah, text me first?” Hoseok retorted.
Suddenly, Taehyung knocks on Hoseok's side.
“Sir, Mr. Jeon is here for the meeting.”
“Okay, please let him in.” He heard Hoseok respond to his secretary.
“Hyung”
That voice sounds familiar to Taehyung. The voice that he hates so much that he wishes he won't ever hear again. But maybe he can be wrong, there's no way he's the only person who has that kind of voice.
“Koo, have a seat, and we will start the meeting.”
He heard Hoseok say to the person. He was right, that's not Jungkook. Likewise, he should accept the fact that not everything involves Jungkook.
“Sorry, bear, let's just meet later. The meeting is about to start.” Hoseok told him.
“I understand, Hyung, see you later.”
He ended the call knowing Hoseok is a busy person as well.
“Who's that, Hyung? Did I bother you?” Jungkook asked Hoseok.
They became friends and business partners since Jimin introduced him to Hoseok 4 years ago and Hoseok helps him with his father's and now his company to gain back their sales.
“Ah, a friend of mine, he went here to Seoul to visit me. Don't worry, you didn't bother me. Why did you ask?” Hoseok assured him.
“Nothing, the nickname sounds familiar. The person I liked back then have that nickname given by his mother.” Jungkook smiled.
“What a good coincidence, he also got that nickname because I kept hearing it from his mother and I get used to it now. And his alias is V, sounds unique, isn't he?” Hoseok giggled.
“Yeah, unique.” Jungkook replied.
“If you want, I can introduce him to you. I heard that you are looking for a date and V is single, so maybe you two can be a match.” Hoseok said.
“Not now, Hyung, I have plenty of things to do. And you know that Jimin Hyung failed so hard.” Jungkook chuckled.
“Don't worry, I am a cupid and there's nothing wrong to try. V also studied at J's University, didn't you study there before? And he's somewhat interested in dating.” Hoseok stated.
What another coincidence, is it even possible?
“I will try, Hyung.” Jungkook simply replied.
“I can assure you that you and V will last long. I'm not Jimin, you know, he sucks at dating. No wonder why he ended up with a lazy person.” Hoseok playfully laughed.
“I hear it loud and clear.”
Suddenly, Jimin went inside Hoseok's office. He doesn't own anything but his boyfriend, Yoongi did. And he is Hoseok's current assistant since he is looking for quite a decent job and Hoseok luckily accepted him.
“I know.” Hoseok snickered.
“What are you guys talking about? Why does my name even have to get mentioned?” Jimin asked, sitting in front of Hoseok's desk, opposite side Jungkook.
“Setting Jungkook on a date that you kept failing to do so.” Hoseok grinned.
“Hah, good luck to you, as if you can do that. That bastard can't even move on to that person.” Jimin mocked, rolling his eyes.
“Just watch and learn, Jimin, I'll show you how you should do it correctly.” Hoseok chuckled.
“Just watching with my back, I can definitely tell you will fail.” Jimin smirked.
“Let's see, then if I work it out, you have to pay me.” Hoseok dared Jimin.
“Sure, if I win, you will make me your heir.” Jimin snickered.
“Deal”
The two agreed while Jungkook shook his head, finding it unbelievable.
