Chapter 38: Confession
There was a bit of awkward silence between them before Taehyung end it by tugging Jungkook's paw while looking down due to embarrassment.
“What?” Jungkook responded.
“I'm sorry” Taehyung uttered, still looking down while fidgeting with his fingers.
“I told you, I'm fine, you don't have to say sorry about it.” Jungkook told him.
“No, it's not about that, it's…”
Taehyung immediately looked at Jungkook with anxious eyes.
“It's about wrongly accusing you.” Taehyung mumbled, swallowing hard.
“What about it?” Jungkook asked.
“I-I knew what you did to help me and my mother get justice, and I'm so thankful for that. I knew everything, I'm sorry that I wrongly accused you. I can understand if you get mad at me right now, I won't mind it. If you can't forgive me, it's fine for me too.” Taehyung said with a shaky tone.
“Is that all?”
“Huh?” Taehyung was confused by Jungkook's response.
“Is that all want you to want to say? I'm pretty sure you have something else to say too besides that.” Jungkook stated.
“Wuh-what do you mean?” Taehyung inquired, clearing his throat while rubbing the back of his neck.
“Like maybe confessing something, I guess?” Jungkook replied.
“Wuh-why would I confess something to you? Do you mean something else?” Taehyung acted naive.
“Okay” Jungkook simply said and went back to watching TV.
“Jungkook...”
Taehyung muttered lowly, biting his bottom lip before he looked up at Jungkook.
“If you have nothing to say, Taehyung, it's okay. I am not allowed to speak a lot b—”
“I like you!” Taehyung immediately cut him off before he could even finish.
“Sorry, did you say something? I haven't been able to catch up with what you just said.” Jungkook smiled innocently.
“Why? I'm sure you heard it w—”
“Wow, this drama is interesting.” Jungkook didn't let Taehyung finish his sentence.
“I like you, Jungkook, I like you!” Taehyung repeated the words, so Jungkook will surely hear him.
“But that's not your last word when you are talking to me while I'm asleep.” Jungkook grinned.
“What?” Taehyung gulped, realizing that Jungkook heard him while talking about that stuff.
“You apologized to me, tell me that I'm handsome and have a good body, that you like me since the day you saw me, and mentioned that I don't have to be Jimin Hyung. But the last words were most important to me. I would love to hear them again.” Jungkook said with a teasing smile.
Taehyung was looking at him with widened eyes. He can't believe Jungkook was awake the whole time he was talking. He was still processing what was Jungkook just said.
“Y-you already knew it, why do you want me to say it again?” Taehyung attempted not to say those words again.
“Why not? I might forgive you if you did.” Jungkook said, shrugging off his shoulder.
“That's unfair!” Taehyung retorted.
“Hm, what a good drama indeed.” Jungkook went back to watching the drama again, ignoring Taehyung's complaint.
Taehyung felt heat going through his cheeks. It is unclear to him why, but it was embarrassing for him to say those words with conscious Jungkook. He let out a defeated sigh.
“I love you” He muttered, looking down to hide his embarrassment.
“What drama should I watch next?” Jungkook literally ignored him again.
Taehyung looked at Jungkook, who didn't bother to at least glance at him.
“Jungkook, I'm serious, I love you. I don't care if you won't forgive me, but I'm genuine right now. I love you.”
And Jungkook finally looked at him, but he is smirking. He gasped when Jungkook suddenly pulled his chin with just one hand, but their lips didn't touch even though their faces are approximately close. He saw Jungkook eye his lips before he looked at his eyes.
“I love you too.” Jungkook said in his unusual deep yet sweet tone, sending a shiver down his spine.
Before Taehyung can even process anything, he felt soft lips against his lips. Taehyung was like ice, he got frozen in his place, not knowing what to do. It was his first kiss, after all. He just closed his eyes, not knowing what to do.
“What are you doing? Open your mouth.” Jungkook told him.
“But why?” Taehyung responded when he opened his eyes.
“Just do it.” Jungkook said.
“Ayk ish (like this).” Taehyung said while he opened his mouth, unbeknownst to Jungkook's thoughts.
Jungkook smirked and suddenly, Taehyung felt something go inside his mouth. He felt strangely weird realizing that it was Jungkook's tongue inside his mouth, yet he can't help but like it as well.
He clutched Jungkook's shirt, softly fisting on it, and letting Jungkook lead him between their kisses. He didn't even notice that Jungkook pulled him by his waist to get closer to his body, totally devouring him while they were kissing.
He slowly copied Jungkook's movement, and he was sure that Jungkook smirked. He tightly fisted on Jungkook's shoulder, feeling getting out of breath. Jungkook pulled away, noticing him with saliva binding to their lips. Taehyung whines a little and looked at Jungkook, who was hungrily staring at him.
“That was nice, I would love to kiss your neck too.” Jungkook snickered.
“Huh? How?” Taehyung was confused by that statement.
He shivered when Jungkook kissed his neck. He thought it would be a simple kiss, but he felt Jungkook suck his flesh. He let out a mewl, feeling his legs trembling due to his sensitivity to that spot.
“Urghh” He almost screams when Jungkook bit his neck.
He can't help but tug Jungkook's hair. Jungkook pulled away and stared at his neck. Taehyung slightly hissed when Jungkook caressed his neck using the thumb.
“Perfect.” Jungkook smirked.
“What was that for?” Taehyung asked, touching the spot where Jungkook had bitten him.
“I don't know.” Jungkook simply said and went back to watching the drama.
“You are insane, you don't have to bite me.” Taehyung told him.
“I had to.” Jungkook chuckled.
“What are you? A vampire?” Taehyung retorted mockingly.
“Maybe, should I suck you out? Or eat you?” Jungkook sneered.
“No, thanks.”
Taehyung rolled his eyes and sat down on the couch. Jungkook just giggled, finding him cute.
