Well nothing remarkable happened. After seeing Zain's face I fled from the scene and prayed for the safety of the doctors and staff present there.

Apparently his third in command have been injured. I never thought Zain could behave so violently, well I never thought he could be a don someday. Time change, people change , the only thing which remains constant is the pimple on my chin, like seriously it just pops again and again. Maybe it's because of all the junk food I eat.

We were sitting in the cafeteria , it was nearly morning and my friends Sara, Maria, Saad and Shuja were just relaxing and having tea and snacks. My mind was already playing different scenarios and I was imagining what will I say if I encounter Zain as he was back in the city. My friends were aware of my situation but it didn't stop their useless bickering, sometimes I just imagine pouring hot tea over them to pacify myself.

Sara said , " Congratulations! Saad."
Saad who was previously bickering with her confusedly asked, "Eh why?"
Sara sarcastically uttered, " Because you're a father now the bitch in the parking lot gave birth to pups. They're just like you."
Maria tsked and said , " Excuse me they're so cute, nowhere like Saad."
And all of them started making fun of Saad.

My friend's lame jokes and squabbles did little to sooth my nerves. Maybe I was overthinking and Zain may have moved on it's been a long time he could be in a relationship already but why did I feel uncomfortable by this idea.
After snacks we all went to our respective duties.

I was taking medical history of a woman and she was constantly annoying me with her queries.
"Are you a doctor?"
"Are you really a doctor?"
"Have you graduated or are you a student?"
"How old are you?"
"Have you studied all the books thoroughly?"
"Are you sure you know what you're doing?"
"Are you married?"
I know I look young but the way this woman was bombarding me with her questions looked like she was taking my history instead of the other way around.

When I asked her if she was allergic to anything. At first she said no then she made a thinking face and said, " Oh wait I remember, I am extremely allergic to my in-laws, whenever I interact with them my blood pressure shoots up." I looked at her blankly while she laughed at her own attempt at poor humor.

While in my mind I thought this is not at all her fault may be it's just a bad day for me.

A/N A patients husband told me that his wife is allergic of him as she always scowls at him.
And this age thing is also true some ladies have real interest in our age and they start taking our interview about our age and studies.
