jealousy (Erwin x reader)

No ones POV~

You've known Erwin Smith for almost 7 years now and the two of you where the greatest of friends.

Well that wasn't entirely true.

You see you have had a huge crush on the blond haired Male for a long time now.

Yet you always thought he had a thing for hanji zoe.

You see she was always around him, hugging him, touching him and overall just being super close to him.

And not gonna lie, you were quite jealous of her.

Until today where you couldn't take it anymore.

Me, erwin, Levi and a couple of scouts were sitting in the dining room just enjoying each others company.

Then hanji walked into the room.

"Hey hanji, where have you been al day?"

You asked.

"Aah hey [Y/N] I was just in my office as usual!"

Hanji said in a exited tone.

Then she walked up to your table where you were sitting with levi and Erwin, she sat down next to Erwin and whispered something in his ear.

After she did that Erwins face became a bright red and he looked away from the group.

"Erwin are you okay?"

You asked.

"A-ah y-yes I'm f-fine"

Erwin anwserd stumbling over his words.

That all happend 2 weeks ago.

Ever sinds that incident we had Erwin had been ignoring me.

He always seemed to be hanging out with hanji.

And this broke your heart.

Everytime you asked if the two of you could hang out he would always say that he was going to be doing something with hanji.

And everytime you asked hanji to hang out she said that she was going to be doing something with Erwin.

You had enough so you decided to ignore them.

As you were walking down the hallway you heard a familiar voice speaking out to you.

"Hey [Y/N], I was wondering if you wanted to maybe go into town with me?"

You turned around and as suspected you saw Erwin standing there.

"Why don't you just go with hanji?"

You asked annoyed at the male.

"U-um well I wanted to go with you.."

Erwin said a tint of pink on his cheeks.

"Well sorry but I'm not in the mood right now"

You said in a cold, monotone voice as you walked away.

You may have sounded cold on the outside... but on the inside you were practically dying.

You walked into your room and went straight into your bed, tears streaming down your face.

'Why am I crying... I'm the one who said I didn't want to go with him'

You thought... but the tears didn't stop falling.

A couple of minutes later you heard a knock on your door.

You quickly stood up wiping the tears from your face and walking up to the door opening it.

"Hey [Y/N] I was just wondering i-.... hey why are you crying?"

The male in front of you asked.

You touched your cheeks and saw that you were crying again.

Out of embarrassment you put your hands on your face not wanting Erwin to see your tear Stained face.

But you then felt two strong arms wrap around your body.

Looking up you say Erwin standing there looking down at you with a little smile on his face, as wel as a little bit of blush.

"Its okay let it all out"

You heard him say in a soft voice.

You wrapped your arms around his waist pulling him closer to you nestling your face in his chest as you cried.

As you where crying you felt him pick you up and caring you to the bed slowly sitting down with you in his lap.

A couple of minutes had passed and you had stopped crying just enjoying the feeling of being in his warm arms.

He then spoke.

"Why where you crying?"

Erwin asked still in a soft and calming voice making you feel safe.

"W-well you have been hanging out alot with hanji lately a-and I just thought you didn't like me anymore.."

You said in a slight whisper.

You felt his grip of his arms around your waist tighten, and you just heard him chuckle.

"Well I had my reasons"

He said making you furrow you eyebrows.

"And those reasons were?"

You asked waiting for a answer.

"Well most of it was work and paperwork, the rest was U-um w-well..."

He paused for a moment before you felt him take a deep breath as he started talking again.

"Okay [Y/N] this may sound a bit forward but um... I have liked you for a long time now... and not as friends.... if liked you more than that and um... I was just basically asking hanji for help to ask you out... but I guess that that kind of backfired now..."

You heard him say. You where shocked and didn't know what to say to him, I mean you crush just said that he liked you back.

"Its fine if you dont like me back"

You heard him say feeling his arms slowly move away from you waist.

You then shot you head up grabbing his chin and smashing your lips onto his taking him by utter supersize.

You then felt him kiss back.

The kiss was long but soft.

The both of you then pulled away for air looking each other in the eyes, the both of you having a slight blush you your faces but also a smile.

He then pulled you in for a hug.

"So [Y/N] will you be my partner?"

Erwin asked.

"Yes I would love that"

You said a big smile on your face.

The rest of the day was spent with you and Erwin just cuddling in your bed and having a good time together.
