It's time to let go.
All the moments full of your essence.
You ooze a putrid smell today.
I held on to your broken promises.
I'm letting you go now.
My love for you will never fade.
But you broke my piece of heart,
The one set aside for only you.
Are you letting go of me?
I ignored all of your harshness.
Like a puppy, I rejoiced at your presence.
Like a child, I bowed to your words.
You've evolved,
But so have I,
I bloom into a sunflower,
You dissolve into the dust,
I pray you find your way,
I am waiting.
At the place where the rainbow meets the sky.
