//Y'all really suggested Dog... I- okay I guess this is what you wanted//
"Haha! I have an Idea for his name!" Dream exclaimed loudly.
"DreeEaM! Shushh!" I place a hand over hi mouth lightly, while I chuckled, "What's your idea?" I blush slightly.
"wheaeh shwdaou wnaem hishs wohga!" Dream pulls my hand away from his mouth. Holding my hand he repeats what he said- this time not muffled. "We should name him Dog!" I dropped my head.
"You want to name our dog... DOG?!" I looked back up at him. I grabbed his shoulder, with my free hand, shaking him slightly, "We're not doing tha-"
"TO LATE!" Dream cut me off. Pulling me towards the door by my hand. Dog followed us as Dream ran into the sun light. Still holding my hand. Dream flopped onto the ground. Dragging me to the ground with him. I sat with my knees held to my chest. Dream lay on his back. He looked up at me and smiled. Dog panted as he lay between both of us. I looked down, our hands were still linked. I blush slightly, feeling Dream's warm hand holding mine.
"We should head to my base or something- I mean like ya know-"
"God George! Calm down! But yeah we should" he let go of my hand. My hand now felt colder. I frowned a little. I stood up going to grab my stuff.
"Here we are! Home sweet home- well sorta..." I held my arms open showing off my base. It was just someones old cellar, but it worked fine. Although the door could be better. As of now it's just a tarp. "We should we probably get another sort if bed type thing I guess-" I looked over to my lone cot. It was big enough for the two of kayus, but that may be awkward.
Dog lapped up some water in a bowl I set out for him.
"I can sleep on the floor for now" Dream suggested.
"What? no! I'll sleep on the floor. You were under that ruble for tandibfwho knows how long!- d- do you know how long?" I asked nervously. Dream stared blankly at me.
"I dunno... I- I was..." Dream's voice trailed off. 'I shouldn't have said that...'
"Dream it's okay," I immediately hugged him wrapping my arms around his neck. I stood on my toes trying to be as tall as I could. Clay stood still. I couldn't see his face, but what I heard broke my heart. Clay was crying, not just that, but sobbing. I squeezed him tighter. He snaked his arms around my waist, hugging me. He bent his head down squashing my hair slightly. My legs hurt, from standing on my tip toes for so long. I had to keep pushing my feet back up from the floor. Clay must've noticed because he picked me up slightly. Just enough so I wasn't using my legs to stand, but still touching the ground. Our bodies were pressed together tighter because of this.
Dream eventually set me down flat on my feet. I looked up at him, as he stared at me. His lips. I blushed and looked down. I let go of his neck. And in return Dream let go of my waist. I sat down on my floor, Dream followed me to the cement floor. Dog panted and attempted to curl up in my lap. He sat his big butt in my lap. Spinning trying to find a spot to lay.
"HAAAAAAAAAEGGHHG!" I looked up and Dream was wheezing. I laughed too, but at Dream.
"It's not even that funny Dream!" He nodded in return.
"Y-hhahses Yes it isHQHAHS!" I laughed with Dream. His laugh is so contagious.
And cute.
