Years pass by, Daisy and Zayne were still together. They were in love but not as happy as they were before. Zayne started to have more priorities. He discovered more of his interests. While Daisy started to find things that can make her productive. They lacked time for each other. But they didn't notice all of the changes between them because they were too complaisant.
In every day, that they were still together, they're starting to look like strangers. Then one afternoon, Daisy had free time so she wanted to spend it with Zayne. But he shrugged off his girlfriend's longing. He was too vigorous about his new sport. That day, Daisy started to have an idea that something's going wrong between them but she just let it pass because she thought that they were just busy, and soon all of the moments that they missed can be coped up once they got a chance to spend time with each other. Daisy and Zayne continued to walk but they didn't notice that they're starting to walk on different paths.
One gloomy night appeared in Daisy's life. That night she needed Zayne more than anything. She needed a friend, she needed someone to lean on. Yet Zayne is still numb and Daisy started to feel like he doesn't care about her anymore.
Furthermore, Daisy just learned to live every day without him. She let him pursue the career that he is building even though he is starting to leave her piece by piece. The puzzle that he made to make her complete is starting to shatter. The flame that makes their souls as one is starting to die. But even if their foundation is getting weaker and they're also asunder? She still holds his hands and fights for him even if the victory in their battle is starting to be impossible; She is starting to fight alone. She's getting tired but chose to fight than to rest.
"Are we okay? Are you still happy with me?" Daisy asked.
"I don't know.., Maybe?" Zayne answered, "I am happy" he added.
She said, "I will always be the soldier who will fight for you even if this battle gets harder and harder, I will never let you go mi amór. You are my easiest hello but my hardest goodbye" while having that pain in her eyes and an ache in her heart. Daisy tried to comprehend his plain answer while trying to look at him. Daisy is trying to find a way to make everything better while Zayne is starting to make her feel unimportant. "I can't lose you, but--" Zayne mumbled. "But I don't think we can go back to where we started", he continued.
Daisy's message:
"Mi amór, forgive me if I forgot about us. If I pushed you away with my little actions. This battle? This is for you. This is for us. Remember? We did want to grow old together? And I still want to. Please don't lose hope of us. We can still fix everything. You are the reason why my world keeps on revolving. I wanna make this work. I want you and will always want you. Although lots of things changed between us, having you is the only thing that matters to me. I can't bear losing you. You are the only one who makes my heart skips a beat. I love you more than anything in this whole wide world. I loved you more than myself. I love you Zayne Plaemir."
