It was about 1 month ago that me and my siblings had hatched. I had soon taken the alpha status between us. My brother didn't even bother to challange for the position, he was still as fragile as ever looking like one swipe of a claw could break every bone in his body. My sister had tried but I managed to defeat her quite easily by smacking her against against the side of her head with one on my hands causing her to fall over, then I kept her pinned to the ground for an hour untill she finally roared admitting to her loss.

After I won the alpha position my sister didn't talk to me for the rest of the day, plainly ignoring me and snarling at me every time I tried to talk to her. My brother had followed me without any protest. The humans now seemed to watch me even more than before which slightly worried me. Every time me and my sister came in contact or I did something that looked like alpha behavior they would almost immediately throw themselves onto the glass dome we were in like hungry predators and watch us while writing things down in things they called notebooks.

Since we hatched we had grown quite a bit. When we hatched we only came up to about half of the humans lower legs while we now came up to slightly above their hips, and I myself came up to the halfway point of their torso's, slightly towering out above my siblings.

I had falled asleep that night still worrying slightly about my sisters behavior. I opened my eyes one last time to see her laying on the other side of the dome, her dark green with orange speckled back towards me. I let out a huff and just went to sleep trying to ignore her behavior.

The next day I woke up with a nose pushing against my side. I pulled my lips back in a snarl and let out and annoyed growl. The pushing stopped for a few seconds before continuing. I growled again this time louder but the pushing against my shoulder only got faster. At this point I had enough of the pushing and just snapped to my right.

My brother pulled back with a yelp. "That hurt!" He wailed, placing one of his dark green hands on his muzzle which was slightly bleeding.

"Sorry... How was I supposed to know it was you..." I mumbled slightly tempted to roll my eyes. "Now what was so important that you had to wake me up? I'm tired and was really hoping to get some good sleep for once." I growled locking my eyes with his.

My brother looked around, his brown eyes were filled with so much worry I was almost afraid I'd get sucked in and never find my way out. "T-the humans are acting weird... They.... They keep saying things about a 1 month room...

I frowned at him. "Humans always act weird. There's nothing to worry abo-" I was broken off mid sentence when the glass dome opened above us and 2 humans lifted snagged my brother from the dome. He let out a shriek of fear and started desperatly calling for help.

I was about to jump up to pull my brother back down when I heard another shriek behind me, this one more of surprise than fear. I turned around to see her violet eyes shifting around gaining a more fearfull look in them by the second as she was being pulled up. Eventually her eyes landed on me, I felt a sting in my heart. She looked at me with such hopefull eyes which were almost screaming for me to save her.

I darted foreward with an angry roar that echoed through the whole room. I felt something grip around my neck. My eyes darted towards the opened part of the where a human had their hands through the opening and around my neck. The human shoved another arm into the opening, this time gripping both my arms pulling them together. A second human stuck their hands through the hole, holding my tail and hind legs.

They had taken away all ways for me to defend myself! I couldn't do anything to defend myself. The grip on my neck prevented my from turning my head, the grip on my arms prevented me from slashing at them, the grip on my tail prevented my from slapping them with it and the grip on my hind legs prevented me from kicking.
