Raven looked down as she walked, gracefully stepping over the stones that Cass was falling over. They were headed to Beth's house to ask her one last time to join. She only lived down the road, so it wasn't much of a walk.

They arrived and Cass threw a few pebbles at her window before she opened it.

"WHO THE MOTHER FUUUUU- Oh hey Cass." They heard the Hubbins girl say before staring at Raven with wide eyes and a confused look. "Hey, isn't she the lesb-" Beth was cut off by Raven, who wanted to avoid the questions, "We're running away. We wanted to know if you wanted to come."

Beth simply sighed before saying,

"Fuck it."

She ran inside and came out about ten minutes later. She carried a velvet colored bag and she threw on a pink jacket. More proof the three are nothing like each other.

"Wait wait wait, where the fuck do we plan to go exactly?" Raven asked, making both Hues' and Hubbins' head turn toward her in surprise. Neither of them had heard her ever utter a single curse word before, then again, no one really knew Raven. She was mostly secluded.

"Oh. Uhm. We probably need to get some food before we go too far." Hues suggested, not really knowing the answer to her.

They kept walking in the dark before being met with a bright sing that read, 'E-Z STOP GAS STATION'. "Wanna head in?" Raven asked, her dyed dark green hair moving as she looked over at Cass. "It's our best bet." Beth answered. "Doesn't Jones work here?" Cass asked. "Guess we'll find out."

"Welcome to E-Z Stop, how may I- Oh hey guys." River's voice rang through the small store. There were three responses. 1. From Beth, who returned the smile and said a quick 'Hey!'.     2.Cassie Hues' glare. If looks could fucking kill. And finally.  3. Raven's middle finger, flipping him the bird before she walked down one of the aisles.

"What's her problem?" Beth asked, turning towards River. Mr. Jones looked over at Raven before rubbing his neck and stating, "Long story..." "More like long story, short, he's a total fucking asshole." They could all hear Ms. Jane state from the candy aisle. River chuckled awkwardly before breaking the tension, "So, what're ya'll doing this late?"

"Murdering your mum." Raven said, sarcastically but keeping a straight face. Her pale blue eyes darted over to the coffee, a smiling coming onto her face, making her nose crinkle up. Her freckles painted across her pale skin, and her medium length, wavy,  dark green hair bouncing around as she walked.

Cass on the other hand, went down the candy aisle, because why the hell not? She shoved a bunch of random candies in her arms.

Beth just flashed River an awkward smile before staring at Raven, who currently had five iced coffees in her arms, and Cass, who had too much candy to count. "What about like, chips or something?" Hubbins asked, making Raven nod her head and grab a bag of Original Funyuns and a bag of  Taco Flavored Doritos . "That's an awful lot of snacks for murdering my mum." "We'll probably murder you too after. I mean you bring popcorn to a movie, what's the difference?" Said, you guessed it, Raven.

They sat all of the food, if you could call it that, on the counter. Beth pulled out her wallet to pay before the other two could.  Raven just glared at him the whole time, Beth made conversation, and Cass stared at the floor. "So, where are ya'll really going?"

"Away." Cass stated, knowing she had no idea. "Yeah, okay, where is away?" He asked. "Your mum. We've been over this." Raven said with a glare. Hues asking, "Can I have my candy now?"  He nodded and handed Raven the bags hesitantly, as if she would bite him or some shit. Let's be honest, if she had the chance, she probably would. They all turned on their heels to head out of the store. "Bye guys!"

Yet again, three responses. 1. Beth's "Bye!" and smile. 2. Cass completely ignoring him. 3. And Raven saying "Fuck youuuuuuuuu." . "Fuck you too, Rave."  "Oh you wish!" She responded with a sarcastic smile before they all left the small gas station.
