This is the plant mutant kaiju that was created by using a human potted plant and the blood of godzilla which over time merged the two together and the results were the mutant kaiju named biollante. Biollante has two forms the first in her rose form and she has her vines to attack her intruders or destroy anything in her path. Her second form is her combat form and this is completely different in the design.
Biollante (Movie)

Powers and abilities: superhuman physical characteristic, corrosive acid sap, regeneration(Mid-High, regenerated into her final form from a cloud of spores), transformation into spores which enables flight.
Attack Potency: Unknown(She was unable to harm Godzilla and her vine restraint on him was dispatched fairly easily)| Continent level(More powerful than her rose form, caused huge tremors by traveling underground, and was able to pierce through godzilla hand and neck with her vines)
Speed: Immobile

Durability: Unknown(Was dispatched by godzilla fairly easily)| Continent level(Could fight Godzilla until he was weakened by the anti-nuclear bacteria), regeneration makes her hard to kill.)

Range: Extended melee range with vines, hundreds of meters with ranged attacks

Weakness: Nuclear energy sources such as godzilla atomic ray can destabilize her cellar makeup and harm her greatly.

Range: Tens of meters due to sheer size
