Godzilla(defense force 1)

Now we are going to start with the king of the monsters and their are plenty to create and I will go in order for the time line so let's start with the original that started it all and like I said in the noticed these chapters are going to be extremely long since their are many versions of them.

Godzilla(original) 

Godzilla was designed by Teizo Toshimitsu and Akira Watanable under Eiji Tsuburaya's super vision. Early on, Tanaka contemplated on having the monster be gorilla like or whale like design due to the name Goijra but was settled for a dinosaur design. Japan was thrown in a panic after several ships explode and are sunk. At first, the authorities think its either underwater mines or underwater volcano activity. The authorities soon head to Odo island, close to where several ships were sunk. One night, something comes ashore and destroys several houses and kills several people. A later expedition to the island led by paleontologist Professor Kyohei Yamane, his daughter Emiko, a young navy frogman Hideto Ogata soon to discover something more devastating than imagined in the form of a 164 foot tall(50 meter tall) monster whom the natives call Goija.

Classification: Kaiju, Irradiated prehistoric amphibious reptile

Powers and abilities: superhuman physical characteristic, large size(type 1), energy projectile, regeneration(at least mid-Low), Immortality(type 1), Energy manipulation, Radioactivity, Breath attack, Resistance to heat manipulation, Radiation and electricity.

Attack potency: Large building level physically(Collapsed buildings just by walking through into them.), City level via vapor breath(capable of causing this much damage)

Speed: At least superhuman virtue of sheer size, possible by swimming, unknown, possibly supersonic to Transonic reaction( Nearly struck down several F86F Saber jets, which can fly at Mach 0.89, while mid flight)

Lifting strength: Unknown, likely at least Class K to Class M by virtue of sheer size( 50 meters tall and weight 20,000 metric tons)

Striking strength: Large building level

Durability: City level( Tanked 50 kilo-volts of electricity with no damage whatsoever, vulnerable  to tanks, missiles,bullets, bombs, and conventional military firepower in general, Godzilla was swimming in a section of the ocean he was boiling with his vapor breath)

Range: Hundred meters of breath attack

Intelligence: Average( Has enough cognitive thought to know that humanity injured his family, destroyed his natural habitat and irradiated him, answering with the closest human (Japan) outpost in revenge)

Notable attacks:

Vapor breath: Godzilla signature attack in his distinctive vapor breath. Godzilla dorsal fins glow ominously, and then he let loose with a concentrated blast of radiation from his mouth.

Godzilla (Showa) 1973-1955)

With the destruction of the menace Godzilla, Japan, if not the world, breathed a sign of relief. Rebuilding the mangled remains of what was left in the leviathan's wake was soon set in motion. Businesses thrived once more, and life returned to normal. That is until a pilot embarked on a recuse mission to locate a missing pilot near a remote island. Upon discovering the stranded pilot, the earth shook with a thundering roar. Looking back behind them, the pilots witnessed a spiny-shelled, quadruped reptile in moral combat with another demon, a creature that closely resembled the horrific devil that struck Japan like a typhoon just a year before, Godzilla.
