*Timeskip to Milo's House*
"This is gonna be awesome!" Milo enthusiastically said, "You know how they say the twelfth man is the crowd. Well, I'm twelve point five. Wooo! It's the wave. Course it works better with a whole crowd."
I hear Melissa say, "Y/n texted me and just said we need to pick her up and we can go to the same together as a group. Or until the cheerleaders find her again. Her words, not mine."
I think about for a moment then say, "Sure, that's fine by me. I kinda wanted to spend time with her more, and I'm glad she feels the same."
Melissa shows an empty pistachio warehouse on her phone and says, "Or all three of us could go explore the empty pistachio warehouse. " I look at her phone as she says, "Oooohhhh~~~~~ Spooky~~~"
"I'm fine going to the game Melissa," I say a little miffed at the thought of not being able to spend time with Y/n.
We left my house, and Diogee tried to follow us to the game, but I said, "Diogee go home, dogs aren't allowed at the football game." Diogee turns around and sadly rings the doorbell with his foam finger, Milo's mom lets him back in.
I happily arrived at the football field with Melissa and I felt the heat rise to my cheeks when I saw Y/n in her cheerleading outfit, and I could've sworn I heard angels singing or something like that but I blinked once I heard Melissa laughing at my lovestruck expression.
I pouted a bit then I sat down and cheered for the Geckos, and they started losing because of me. "Go Tigers." I joked and the Geckos scored a point. "Great googly moogly. It worked!" Melissa exclaimed, and told me to go purchase all the Tigers gear I could and cheer for them.
Then she ran off to find Y/n to tell her something important.

Melissa's pov
-----------------------------------------------------------I ran to find Y/n, to make the plan that I'd concocted work. 'If I can just get her to root for the Geckos for real and not half-heartedly, then our team will have great odds of winning in addition to Milo's luck dragging the Tigers down.' I thought as I found her by a water cooler.
"Oh, what's up Melissa?" She asked and I'd said, "Milo is cheering for the Tigers so they'll lose. I need you to cheer for the Geckos so we'll have even better odds of winning." She nods saying, "Okay. I guess." She walked off and I returned to the bleachers to see Milo walk out all decked in Tigers gear. "Time to cheer!" Y/n shouted with the cheerleaders, "This is going to he good.." I muttered in approval as Milo began cheering.

Narrator pov
-----------------------------------------------------------Y/n and Milo kept up their cheering, though, it caused numerous odd happenings, the ball getting scored by their school's mascot, Diogee sneaking into the game as the ball.
At the last minute a ridge formed in the field making the field goal post crooked as Zack took his shot. Luckily his shot was crooked and went through the goal post scoring the winning shot, the Geckos had won and the crowd was about to lift up Milo and Y/n while cheering, but fallen into a hole created by the crooked field goal post. "I'm okay, and I didn't break anything this time!" Milo stated as his head popped out from beneath the pile of people, Y/n's head followed and she giggled, "Good, because it would be kind of hard to hang out with you if you were in a full body cast."
Milo blushed as she hugged him, and they were lifted out with Melissa and Zack's help, Milo blushed the entire time though, because Y/n had pecked a small kiss on his cheek before they were lifted out, then they enjoyed the rest of the night hanging out with their friends.
