"I smell your lavander scent soap...."- Sean says when they seat together in the sofa.
Yibo just stare ar the handsome man besides him.
"Let's make a deal again...."- Sean look at Yibo with pleading eyes.
There was a long silence, Sean thought Yibo hadn't heard what he said, but when he stole a look, Yibo was looking searchingly at him, with his brows furrowed, and mouth set into a thin line.
"What if..." - Yibo began, hesitantly. Alarm bells instantly rang off and blared in Sean's head. Yibo was anything but hesitant.
"If you don't mind, that is, what if I become your partner for real? For as long as you need me to."
Sean Xiao blinked, as though he had misheard. He hadn't, right? Yibo, who was younger than him, with so much energy and potential and talent, a handsome single bachelor wants to be his partner for real.

Searching for hints of amusement, of mischief in Yibo's face, Sean found none. Instead there was softness in Yibo's gaze, tenderness in his small, determined smile and strangely, Sean felt his heart flutter.
Yibo was indeed serious.
"You are not..." Sean managed to push the words past the lump in his throat.
"...pulling my leg, right?" He just wanted to be sure.
