Dr Kanou Pov

I rush as I take a bleeding male on the verge of death and a deceased female to the operating room for surgery.

Dr : Hey! You can't perform the surgery if the parents don't agree to the transplant!

Dr Kanou : I don't care! There's a life that needs saving in front of me and as a doctor, it's my job to save it! So if you don't mind, I would like you to get out!

Dr: You won't come out of this without consequences. You do know that, right?

Dr Kanou :I do, but I don't care. I'm saving this boy's life!

~Timeskip to surgery~

'OK. His kidney seems to have taken the most damage along with the surrounding organs. I'll just have to replace the bulk of them with the female's, patch up the rest, then he should be good to go.'

I think as I start the operation. While prepping the woman's organs for the transplant, I came across an organ that I didn't recognize. After quickly checking over her files, it didn't seem to be from a quirk.

' If her files are correct, this shouldn't be here. Plus, for some reason, it's kind of throbbing a bit... Is it possible that she had some other kind of power...? If so I wonder what kind...'

I then looked towards the male next to me and had a thought.

' If I put this organ inside of him... Would it still work... NO! I'm a doctor to save lives! I can't do my own experiments on an innocent boy... But this could be a once in a lifetime opportunity. And the boys files say he is quirkless. If it succeeds, he'll get a power... A win-win... '

Dr Kanou : Okay everyone! We're ready for the transplant! Let's begin!

It was a success! Surprisingly the unknown organ managed to perfectly fit in his lower back. It all depends on if the organ integrates with his body. It should take a day or so fit him to wake up... I should call his parents.

Deku Pov

I awake to a faint beeping. I slightly open my eyes to see a white ceiling. The place smelled of antiseptics and medicine which confused me.

'Am I in a hospital? Why would I be...'

I suddenly get a rush of memories and remember what happened. I then quickly processed my memories before shooting up straight within the bed with the realization I nearly died before regretting it as I felt a pain in my side. I looked down v at my side to see a tiny scar.

' Wasn't the wound larger than my hand? This scar is smaller than my fist.'

I thought while examining the scar. While I was doing this, someone had entered the room. I look towards the sudden noise and see a nurse by the doorway.

Nurse : Oh good. You're finally awake.

Izuku: U-um hi. What do you mean finally?

Nurse : Oh well you've been unconscious for about three days after your urgent surgery.

Izuku : S-surgery?!

Nurse: Well yeah. It's a surprise you didn't die of blood-loss with such a wound. A few of your organs on your bottom right side were damaged.
