(A/N: Bonjour mon amis! I have been thinking about how to go about starting this since I woke up....and this is what happened xD BTW: I added in Avi and Kevin so let's just assume they met in high school, freshman year. AND WITHOUT FURTHER ADO, LET THE FANFIC RESUME!)(ALSO, SWEARING WILL HAPPEN. FAIR WARNING.)
Today was Mitch's first day of his senior year, and he couldn't wait to get out of that hellhole. The only good thing about school for him was seeing his friends and going to choir. That was it.
Everyday he got bullied because everybody knew he was gay even if he never told anyone but his family and friends. He also got bullied for his high-pitched voice. Those assholes never cut him a break and couldn't resist from taunting Mitch or just plain out kicking him sometimes.
The only thing that kept him from becoming depressed or harming himself was Scott, his one true crush. He loved that boy ever since he saw him act when they were only in fifth grade. Mitch would find himself daydreaming about the soft blonde hair that adorned his love, or the blue eyes that made him feel like he was on a cloud. Although, he could never tell Scott. Everytime he tried to, he would panic and make up an excuse to leave for a while. He just wished that for once in his life, he could stand up and admit his feelings.

It was about seven thirty when Scott drove down the block to pick up Mitch at his house. He beeped the horn to signal the brunette of his arrival. When his best friend strutted down the sidewalk to Scott's truck, Scott grinned a 100 megawatt smile and unlocked the vehicle.
Mitch hopped up and closed the door, singing to the Beyoncé song on Scott's radio. "GOOD MORNING MANDIE!" Scott shouted over "Single Ladies".
"GOOD MORNING SARAH!" Mitch yelled with a smile. "CAN WE SKIP THIS WHOLE THING AND GO TO PIZZA HUT?"
"NO SILLY, WE HAVE TO GO TO SCHOOL!" Scott answered. He noticed Mitch's face falter when he said this. He turned down the radio. "Mitch, what's wrong babe?"
"Oh nothing, I just don't want to get kicked today. I fucking hate Adam and his little group. I just want to be safe," Mitch stated, his head down and his voice cracking towards the end.
"Oh hon, I know it's rough, but you need to stand up to them. I know that if I step in, things will only get worse. I wish I could protect you from that bullshit, but I can't be there all the time, as much as I want to be," Scott replied, whispering the last part. He pulled out and started to driving toward the school.
"I know Scott, I just can't stand up to them. I panic everytime they come around and I just don't want to deal with any of it," Mitch responded, hating his pushover attitude.
"How about we go to Pizza Hut after school then to cheer you up?" Scott asked, knowing the answer.
"Yes please!" the brunette replied smiling toward his crush.

When they got to school, a blonde girl with eyebrow piercings ran toward them yelling "SCOOOOTTTTTIIIEEE!!! MIIIIITTTCHHHHIIIEEE!!!"
"Hiiii Kirstie!" they both said in unison. After getting smothered in a bear hug from Kirstie, the trio ascended the steps to the school. They went to their shared homeroom, and sat down in a bunch, next to Avi and Kevin. The group chanted, "Good morning!" to each other, joining in a group hug.
"So what do our schedules look like, squad?" Kirstie said, glad to be with her best friends.
"Avi and I have the same schedule," Kevin announced, holding both schedules his hands.
"Mitch and I have everything but math together," Scott mentioned, with Mitch nodding.
"And I think I have my classes split between you guys!" Kirstie commented.
"Well, let's all meet up at lunch and then at choir, deal?" Scott asked.
"Sure!" the other four responded with smiles.
Just then, the bell rang.

Mitch walked into his geometry class to be greeted with Adam and his gang, aka Mitch's nightmare.
"Hey Mitchie-poo, we all really missed you over summer. I wanted to be graced with that fucking God-awful nasally voice all day. Aren't you glad to see us?" Adam asked mockingly.
Mitch walked over to his seat and sat down, ignoring their taunts. He opened up his notebook and started drawing Scott's name in cursive on an empty page. Meanwhile, Mitch had started daydreaming about cuddling with Scott and making out with his ultimate crush.
One of Adam's groupies glanced over, noticing the twerp doodling a name into his notebook. He peered over closer, trying to read the name. Finally, he figured it out.
Scott Hoying.
(A/N: Was gonna add more, but that seemed like a good place to stop. Anyway, I'll probably add another chapter tomorrow or even later on tonight, depending on when I have time. REVIEWS ARE WELCOME!)
Love you guys and stay sassy :*
