Sean nodded and sat down on a near by rock. His ancestor doing the same
"First. Let's get you fixed up" His ancestor smiled. With a click of his fingers Sean felt his back heal up and the stitches fall out. "I apologize for the scars. Theres not much i can do for that"
Sean stayed quite before letting out a little thank you.
His ancestor smiled. "My name is Aldwin"
Sean listened intrigued.
"And I was the right hand man to the king. One you would know as the king of the darkness nowadays..." Aldwin spoke.
"He wasn't always like that...200 years ago, He used to be a kind man. Always greated his people like they were old friends maybe even family sometimes" Aldwin looked at Sean. "I worked as a wizard in the castle and was a good friend of his"
Sean looked confused. "King? I didn't know there was a king of the darkness or whatever its referred to as..."
"That Captain that attacked Mark's ship? She works for him" Aldwin tolf him.
"How did you-"
"I'll get to that"
"Anyway, i worked along side the king for a long time. He was even friends with the Dragon King and his kingdom" Aldwin told him. Sean's eyes widened.
"There was a dragon king?" He questioned.
"Yes. He was extraordinary and extremely powerful. Yet, our king grew....Almost scared of that power, so he decared war as he wanted it for himself. He discovered fools gold can be deadly to a dragon if used enough and killed a lot of them. The dragon's did fight back and killed many humans causing us to spilt into different kingdoms. Your friend Felix rules one of them. My old friend....He despised the fact dragons still lived and threatened me to make something to whipe them out...So i did. I created a gem...Powerful enough to seal the dragons away but i secretly put a spell on it...When the time was right.. The dragons would come back. I was too late...He has whipped out too many so i went to the last one i knew, i told the dragon prince of my plan. He agreed and went through with it. I sealed the dragon prince away and created the dragon heart" Aldwin told Sean who looked shocked.
"You made it?! But then why steal it?!" Sean questioned.
"I locked the heart in here with the Septic-eyes so he wouldn't find it and destroy it...But he found out and got far too close to finding where it was. He found out i was the one responsible so i ran. I took the heart away so he couldn't use or destroy it and this world with it. I faked its destruction and ran with it. I found the portal to the other world and left through it. I started a family and had them pass the heart down as an airloom" Adlwin told him.
"Why take it out the world? Don't they need it here?" Sean asked
"It was too risky taking it anywhere else. His armys where everywhere. If i took it to another kingdom a war would of broke out.." Aldwin explained
"I watched over the family. To make sure nothing happened to it...Then...On the 7th February.."
"My Birthday..."
Aldwin looked at Sean "The spell took place. The heart tried to change into a dragon but i assume the lack of magic in the world effected it and it changed into a human baby"
Sean's face grew into that of shock.
"You're the dragon heart Sean. You have magic. You saw me when you were just a tot!" Aldwin smiled.
"I...What?" Sean had a mix of Shock and confusion on his face.
"I believe you where only four and your family were having a picnic-"
"Not that!!" Sean yelled as he stood up
"I'm the Dragon heart?!?!" Sean yelled, Standing up
"Sean..I know it's a lot to take in but listen...I know you'll be able to control it....Then maybe even rebuild the Dragon kingdom" Aldwin told him.
Sean looked scared and panicked.
"I...What...I don't know...What do i do?!" Sean yelled.
"First look for the Dragon ruins. You should find something there" Aldwin told him with a warm smile.
He handed Sean something before using a spell that made Sean an outfit of a green tunic, leather trousers and boots and tighted him up a bit.
"I have to go now, Sean" Aldwin told him. "You'll be amazing at this"
Aldwin pulled a panicked Sean into a hug before vanishing.
Sean looked at the item Aldwin gave him. A necklace. One of a dragon head holding a small green gem.
Sean then blacked out
