Drunk Catphish: I'm sorry about last night haha

Drunk Catphish: I don't really even remember texting you last night lol

Me: it was great entertainment

Me: still haven't heard from your cute friend :(

Catphish: HAHA I forgot about that

Catphish: I didn't give him your number yet lol

Catphish: he might not even remember me mentioning you last night

Catphish: he was out worse than I was

Me: :(

Catphish: I'll talk to him about you if you're really that sad about it lol

Me: I mean it's not that big of a deal haha

Me: but he is cute and single

Me: and I'm single and lonely

Catphish: lol you're also cute

Me: thankss

Me: so are you

Me: but I mean you already knew that

Catphish: wow, you're being very direct now

Catphish: I'm flattered that you find me cute

Me: I'm sure every girl does. Not like I'm trying to stroke your ego but

Me: you're really cute

Catphish: thanks haha

Catphish: I really don't hear that often, but I'm not really in a lot of situations to hear that from people

Me: you're kidding. Hell, you must not be the partying type. Girls would be all over you

Catphish: I only party with my friends. I rarely go to any house parties anymore. I never really had fun at them before

Me: I hate parties, too

Me: I'd much rather spend my night either cuddled up on the couch or out with my friends. They don't really party, either.

Catphish: sounds like your friends would fit in with mine! The only one that really likes parties is Hoseok, actually, but he hardly goes to them anymore

Me: aww :( but that's okay as long as he wouldn't expect me to go to any parties.

Catphish: lol you haven't even talked to him yet

Me: ik but he's CUTE

Catphish: so am I, and you're not fantasizing about us going on a date lol

Me: I'd go on one if you asked me

Me: anything to get me out of the house

Catphish: really?

Catphish: do you wanna grab something to eat for dinner tonight? I don't have anything to do

Me: haha I spent the past few minutes ogling over your friend and you actually asked me on a date?

Catphish: you said you would go!

Me: I'm not saying no to you, I just think it's funny

Me: but sure. You seem cool enough for me to spend my Saturday night with

Me: where do you want to eat?

Catphish: do you want to eat nearby?

Me: I don't care. I have plenty of money for a bus if you want to go into town, or something

Me: I have a car but I only drive it to work sometimes. It's a piece of junk and I hate driving :/

Catphish: I wouldn't make you take the bus

Catphish: I'd pick you up if we went into town

Me: what if I don't want you knowing where I live

Me: hell, you could be Hitoshi 2.0 for all I know

Catphish: I could pick you up that the bus stop if you want lol

Me: I'm fine with that

Me: it'll take you a while before I fully trust you because you're cute

Catphish: what's that supposed to mean? Aha

Me: the cuter a guy is, the less I trust them. I'm surprised with myself in trusting you enough to get in a car with you

Catphish: well, you were kinda in a situation which didn't allow for you to be picky

Me: yeah, but still. What if you were secretly a rapist? And I just willingly got in your car and all

Catphish: but I'm not

Catphish: so you don't have to worry about that

Me: but you could have been! I was so reckless

Me: though I do trust you a little more since I got in the car with you

Me: so thank you for being a decent person, Jungkook

Catphish: you're welcome, Y/N :)

Catphish: I'll pick you up at 5:00 and then we can decide where to go

Me: sounds fine with me

Me: I'll see you later

Catphish: See ya

...

You looked around your room frantically looking for your purse. You just had it after being out this morning, and now you couldn't find it anywhere. You needed to leave three minutes ago in order to meet Jungkook at the stop, and here you were, searching all around your apartment.

You finally pulled out your phone, giving in to the situation.

"Hello? Cinnabon?"

"Hey, Catphish," you said with a slightly frazzled voice, "I can't find my purse so..."

Jungkook laughed on the other end as you huffed, "So you'll be late?"

You bit your lip as you glared at the mess that was now your room. "Screw it. Just pick me up here."

Jungkook was quiet for a few seconds before he laughed again, "And you call yourself overly cautious?"

"Can it, pretty boy," you snapped as you threw all the mess into your closet, "I just don't want to make you wait on me."

"I don't mind waiting, but I'll go to your place if you want me to."

You pursed your lips and took a deep breath. He was nothing to worry about... It would be okay if he knew where you lived. That one night that he helped you out at the convenience store made him gain your trust a little too quickly.

"I don't care if you pick me up here anymore. I just want to find my damn purse," you grumbled, grabbing your hair at its roots and pulling. This was stupid! You just had it.

"Okay. Text me your address and I'll be there in ten minutes," you could hear the smile in his voice as you felt your spirits lift a little. If you could just find your damn purse...

"Gotcha. See ya' in a little bit."
