Thank you @JessicaSeaver1 for making this request! I truly hope you do all enjoy!

Series - Origins of Olympus (Season 2)

Ship - Xylo x Jyles

Topic - Fluff/small bit of panic

Also, this is just a heads up for future requests. I've tried to post things in the order they've been requested, but I sometimes find it easier to come up with ideas and plots for one short story than another. So, as of this chapter, I will be writing and posting stuff in the order that I write and complete them. Please be patient, I will get to your story. It may just take me a while to figure out how I want it done.

Jyles isn't entirely certain as to how he got into this situation. One minute, him and Bryan were talking at the edge of the lake in the camp, slowly escalating it into a full blown argument. He isn't even certain as to why Bryan had originally been upset, only that he had kept stirring the embers.

He remembers running into the winged male at the dock. Bryan had simply been playing around with his magic then by the looks of the things. He wasn't even slightly aware that Jyles was slowly walking— or more so, floating up behind him until the Son of Ate had leaned forwards.

"I wish you would play with me like that." He had whispered, laughing as Bryan jumped. The brunet had whirled at that, eyes wide and magic dancing dangerously in his hands. Jyles was certain that a small bolt had actually streaked out and into the water, probably frying some poor fish.

"Jyles!" Bryan scolded. "I could have hit you! Especially when my magic is active? Don't do that!"
Jyles had honestly been expecting Bryan to take the little scare better than it appeared he was. But, no, the brunet actually look annoyed, which wasn't made better when Jyles scoffed.

"Oh, don't worry your pretty little head, Bryan. It's not like it would have done much anyways." That just seemed to tick the Son of Aphrodite off more.

"And what's that supposed to mean? That I'm weak?" Instead of answering, Jyles gave him a simple shrug, crossing his legs in the air.
He was only able to hover a few feet off the ground, and that's only when he's over solid land, which added to the equation that was slowly beginning to come to reality.
"I'm not weak! I'm stronger than you are!" Jyles could just barely catch the desperation that was hidden in Bryan's tone. He didn't want to try and figure out what it might be for. Especially if it was for... something like that.

"Only because I've had my magic dampened by that blasted lamp you imprisoned me in." He wasn't exactly certain as to why he was feeding the flames. While Bryan was a normally sweet and caring guy, he had his limits, and Jyles has pushed them many times before. Meaning, he knows what Bryan's bad side looks like.
Bryan's wings puffed up slightly, and he tilted his head up to properly meet the raven haired boys stare. His eyes were hard, unforgiving. Even his aura flared occasionally with small signs of barely restrained hostility.
Jyles had chosen to mess with Bryan at a very bad time.
Bryan had slammed his hands down on Jyles legs, forcing him to stand or go tumbling from the air. Jyles was honestly shocked. Bryan had never gotten physical with him— not counting the Rose incident. His magic was crackling along his skin in little fractures of light that died as soon as they appeared. He looked like a star that was struggling to retain it's body.

"I am sick and tired of you doing this!" Bryan was starting to yell now, those lights staying present for longer after every minute passed. Jyles jumped out of the way as Bryan stomped forwards, intending to leave the raven haired male before he completely lost his cool.
