I realized all this time, I had gym with Aileen. I didn't know that until I stayed the whole day without ditching.
Gym was my last period so that's why I've never seen her, cause I always ditch. I gotta start ditching less.
I remember why I started leaving p.e. I hated looking the same as everyone and the clothes were cheap and uncomfortable, but I guess I can live through it.
We were playing volleyball. After everyone's game was finished, Mr. Bigby called, "Get a wash and go dress out."
I was walking to the boys locker room when I saw Aileen and Shawn Mendes talking to each other. She was smiling! No, it's not a crime to smile, but I couldn't make her smile like that yesterday.
(pic on side)
Was that her type? Because Shawn was soon-to-be valedictorian.
Should I go over there? No, don't you'll ruin everything.
I couldn't fight this impulse and I walked over there.
"What are you doing?" I asked her dryly completely ignoring the boy. Her smile dropped.
I've never felt like this and it sucks. What the heck is this?
"What are you doing?" She retorted.
"Just, um, checking to see if this guy was bothering you." I covered.
"The only boy that's bothering me is you! Go away. You weren't supposed to talk to me again."
"Too bad." I told her, "Who is this guy? Do you like him?"
"You are in no place to ask me questions because you, walked up to me. Leave." She told me.
"Hey man, just go. You're bothering her." Shawn said.
I rolled my eyes, "Shut up please? Thanks."
I returned my attention to Aileen.
"Answer my questions."
"Why do you care who he is? His name's Shawn that's all you need to know." She crossed her arms.
I focused my attention to Shawn . "Ever talk to her again, you'll end with a black eye and a bloody nose." I shoved him.
I don't know where that came from! My mouth was going faster than my brain my emotions about them two were all over the place. My actions were unintended.
"You asshole! You can't tell me who I can and can't talk to! Shawn's my best friend!" She exclaimed furious.
"Watch me."
"Okay I see how it goes." She nodded regaining her calmness but I was wrong. She wasn't calm. The fact that she wasn't yelling made me scared.
"Talk to me again, you'll end up with a black eye and bloody nose." She said in a calm tone but with a furious attitude. Her eyes in slits, while mocking my previous words.
I let out a frustrated growl and made my way to the locker room.
Oh my god! Girls these days!

I figured out her address. I didn't want her to look at me in the halls with annoyance so I came offering gifts, well gift.
It was a extra large size Hershey's bar. I didn't know what to get her.
I knocked on the door. A an old lady opened the door, assuming it was her grandma.
"No, I do not want to buy meat. Thank you have nice-" She said closing the door. I stopped it with my foot.
