I write this letter to you only to tell you of the universe I saw in your eyes
we danced on the clouds that one night which I can't seem to forget
red wine on our raw lips
we swayed across the blue sky
you looked at my red velvet dress that was perfectly wrapped around my figure and you called me your lover
it almost sounded too good to be true hearing those words come out of your cherry red lips
the sun passed us and the moon smiled cheekily as it sang with the stars
i couldn't help but stare at the sweet honey glazed eyes
i saw the most beautiful universe which I seemed to get lost in everytime I looked at them
you told me you couldn't stay any longer but I didn't want my happy heart to ache seeing you let go of my hand
you got lost in the blurry crowd of souls
you disappeared into the horizon as the sun came up again
I was never able to find you
my heart aches to this very day
