Chapter thirteen

I roll out of bed with a smile plastered to my face and Liam on my mind. The date was amazing last night, more than amazing, perfect. I look at myself in the mirror and realize I look like a crack head due to the smile stuck on my face from ear to ear.
I take my clothes off and treat myself to a shower. The beads of hot water roll down my body and I sigh.
I step out of the shower and wrap a towel around my body, before taking myself to my room to get dressed. I pull out a dress that fits beautifully around my body, blue, and my blue heels. I brush my hair out and braid a headband through my hair. I brush my teeth, apply mascara, and grab a water bottle. Liam offered to take me to work today and I decide to take him up on the offer. I lock my own door before knocking on his.
He opens it and smiles at me. "Good morning Leah." He says. His outfit consists of a button down shirt and casual business pants. His hair was brushed through but not done.
"You look lovely sir Liam." I respond, with a smile to go along. He smiles. "As the same for you madam." He smirks.
"Stop being weird you fucking perve." I lightly punch his shoulder. "So how did you even find out where I worked?" I ask when he takes my hand, leading me to the elevator. "Well your blonde friend seemed to be interested in me. She knocked on my door, told me she was your friend and gave me your number and address." He casually tells me.
"Well if you had my number why didn't you call me?" I ask. He smirks. "I did... but then hung up because I scared myself." I roll my eyes. "You act like I bite." I tell him in my low voice. "You do. When we first had a whole conversation you literally wanted to snap my neck!" He laughs. I frown. "Not true... I wanted to kick you in the balls." I laugh. He frowns. "Even worse Leah."
He takes me to work and we had a small talk about after work. "What time are you off?" He asks. I smile. "The usual." He raises an eyebrow and I continue. "3:00 in the morning." He frowns. I laugh. "I'm only kidding. I get off at 5:00" I respond. He smiles. "Good I'll be here by then." He tells me. I frown. "Okay." I casually respond before getting out and closing the door. I wave goodbye to him as he heads out of the parking lot.
I walk into my office and take a seat. I let out a small huff. Today was very much so going to be a boring and long day. I think about Liam throughout the day, every time I do, I smirk.
He was a handsome man. He was intelligent and brave. Something I would never get enough of.
Shortly after all of my paperwork has been completed, I get a call.
"Hello?" I answer. "Hey, it's Liam." He responds. I smile. "I'm outside." He then goes on. I smile even bigger. He is one guy I couldn't say no to.
