"what if they dont like me?" your boyfriend asks nervously in the car. He was meeting your parents for the first time.
"babe," you say taking his hand, "they have no reason not to. you're amazing & they know how much you mean to me." you said reassuringly
he still sighed nervously, "i hope so.."
you arrived at your house, your parents looking out the window.
"look, my moms already smiling." you say
"your dad isnt.." ashton said, looking scared.
You giggled at him, "itll be fine. Hes just gunna act tough to scare you. I am his babygirl." you tell him.
you go inside, quickly met by your moms embrace
"im so happy to finally meet you!" she said, wrapping ashton in a hug.
he smiles & hugs her, "me too."
"weve heard so much about you, but youll have to excuse my husband, he isnt very nice with boys trying to date his little girl." she told ashton, which made him turn pale.
"oh.. Great.." ashton mumbled.
then your dad came over & firmly shook ashtons hand, "mr. Irwin." he said to ashton, "nice to meet you sir." ashton said.
you noticed your dads smile, "nice handshake." he said before sitting down.
ashton smiled a bit, some of his nervousness leaving.
you then had dinner & your dad quickly warmed up to ashton with his jokes & stories.
