The receptionist guides you to the adoption office and leaves, then a old lady comes in with all the paper work you two signed and handed a few years ago " so Mr. And Mrs. Hemmings, it's seems like everything is in order and ready to proceed, are you sure you want that kid? Once you sign this there's no coming back!" She says looking between the two of you " We are " Luke says and she handles him the adoption certificate as he signs it you see your daughters name for the first time "Jade" you say with a stupid smile on your face, and also sing the paper " when can we see her?" You ask holding his hand thigh in anticipation " right now, she's waiting for you outside" says the lady and guides you to another room where you see your baby for the first time "she's so small and cute" you say " she's perfect" Luke says and let go of you so he can hold her " hey little girl, it's daddy Luke and mommy Courtney and we are gonna take you home now"
