Messed Up

chapter 6

Becky P.O.V

My sister left at 5:00 A.M this morning to go back to college so i woke up at 4:30 am to tell her goodbye.Then i went back to sleep and woke up at 7:00 because my mom was giving me ride today before going to work.I woke up took a shower and got dressed.Before going to eat breakfast i got a text from my boyfriend Jake.

Jake: hey Becky

Me: Hey i haven't talked to you in awhile

Jake: Sorry I've been really busy with school

Me: oh k me too

Jake: gtg ttyl

Me: okay XOXO

i walked down the stairs and went to the kitchen. My mom made french toast so my breakfast was done for me.We left the house and my mom dropped me at school.

At school

I went to my locker and when felicity saw me she said "I have Good and Bad news which one you want to ear first?"

"i'm up for some bad news" i said

"Okay Mrs.Beatrice is cancelling the auditions for tomorrow so your last chance is today" Felicity said

"What? no she cant do that I'm not fully prepared" i said while starting to freak out

"Actually she can she is the head judge,and i thought you told me you wrote the song your going to perform" Felicity said

"Yeah but i still don't think I'm ready to perform it yet, and your mom is vice principle can't she do something about it"

"I tried to ask her but she said that she can't because Mrs.Beatrice is supposed to be giving birth to twins boys on Wednesday and they can't have the auditions without her."

"Are you going to perform?" i asked

"Yeah i have to if i want to use the recording studio" Felicity said

"What's the good news?" i finally asked

"Oh only 8 people are allowed to use the recording studio and I'm pretty sure 5 harmony is going to be part of the 8 people ." she said

"How is that good news ? anyways so if 5 people are already using it then there is only space for 3 students" i said

"Yep" felicity said

Felicity and i ran to the auditoriam where auditions already started .we went back stage to get a number and we waited for Tia to come .When she finally came she got the same number as felicity because they where both performing Give your hear a break together.

"Number 14 felicity and Tia" Mrs.Beatrice called

"Good luck" i told them while going in for a group hug.Felicity and Tia good really sing and they sounded great together.I kept walking back and forth and nervously biting my nails .I was really scared.and i dint want to drop out of the competition.

After felicity and Tia finished performing the got a standing ovation from the crowd and the judges.

they ran back stage and hugged each other i congratulated them on there success.They tried to calm me down but it wasn't working .While number 15 was performing i peeked outside and saw Austin and his friend and of course his girlfriend so immediately felt really sick.I was hoping that were not going to watch the auditions.when number 15 finished Mrs.Beatrice had to use the bathroom so it gave me little bit of time to rehearse my song.I don't know why i was no nervous I've performed in front of bigger crowds before.
