Wie heiBt du? = What's your name?
Wie alt bist du? = How old are you?

When it comes to Introduce yourself, you can use this...

Ich heiBe (Insert your name).
Ich bin (your age) jahre alt.
Ich spiele (sport that you played).
Meine/Mein hobi ist... (your hobby)
*Meine is for girls while Mein is for boys*

Example of hobby.

Ich höre gern Musik. (Listening music)
Ich lese gern Buch (reading books)
Ich trinke gern Milch (or Cola, Saft, Kaffee, Wasser and so on.)
