my hell

chapter 2

The next morning Lilly was having a nightmare getting the kids ready for school, she was extremely tired from having next to no sleep last night, for most of the night she was kept awake by her thoughts. The kids were already arguing and it was only 7.30 am.

Lilly has two kids, Jake who is eight, he is as a handsome boy and looks like hid dad except for the fact that he is short like his mum.sarah is five, she has her mother's looks and gorgeous long red hair, she is average height for her age, Sarah can be a little sassy at times and loves to sing and dance, it's like her life is one big musical. She gets irritated by her brother easy and causes a lot of fights between them, I guess that is just part of been siblings.

"Mum Sarah has taken my tie" Jake shouts which causes Sarah to argue back "I have not, your just mean"
"Am not" Jake argues back. Lilly lets out an exasperated sigh wishing just once they could get along in the morning making her life a little easier, normally the argument is over what cartoon they watch before school, "Jake your sister is five and you are eight, ignore her and get ready for school. We have to ring a taxi in just over thirty minutes"

Lilly had successfully dropped the kids at school without having some form of break down. She was about to do some housework when there was a knock at the door. It was her best friend Casey coming to check on her, they hadn't seen each other for a few days so Casey was concerned about her friend. When asked how she was Lilly lied through her teeth,she should of known better and that because Casey can see right through her.

Casey was a beautiful woman,she was a couple years younger than Lilly,she had short blonde hair,was quite slim and always had a bright smile one her face. Adam had admitted to Lilly once that he really wanted Casey before he did Lilly, at the time she didn't care because she thought she was in love with him.

Casey and Lilly met through a friend who lives down the road from Lilly, at first they couldn't stand each other,Lilly didn't know why she hates her but she did. It wasn't until they got drink one day on a hill that they named "Hillary hill" which was along the path behind Lilly's mum's that they started to get in and have been best friends ever since.

The girls went to the kitchen where Lilly made them a coffee each,sitting at the table Casey finally broke the silence "so you going to tell me what's going on." Lilly lets out a Shakey breath before she begins to explain  "adam came in and had a go at me again for not doing his tea,told me get a job or he was kicking me out and not letting me see the kids again." Casey has felt scared for Lilly over the past few years, she has seen Adams temper getting gradually worse and she is worried what he may do, this is why she likes to see her best friend on a regular basis to make sure she is doing ok. After not hearing from her for a few days she had become increasingly worried.

" He can't stop you from seeing them; no court would allow him full custody when you haven't done anything wrong.what we are going to do is get you a job,build your confidence back up and see where you want to go from there" Casey said

Lilly was just sitting there looking at Casey thinking about how her life is as before Adam, she used to have a car, her favourite thing to do was randomly drive round with her friends singing along to music. She used to work, her best job was her first ever one. She used to have loads of confidence,she was the life and soul of the party,always being the one to cheer her friends up,making sure they were ok,now they want to do the same for her.

When she first met Adam she actually turned him down,the reason being she could not believe someone wanted her and she was having a internal battle accepting certain things about herself. She only said yes in the end because she thought noone else would want her.they had been together for ten years,for the most part it was good but now it was slowly killing her.

It had been a while since she had said anything to Casey, all she can think of was how this is to hard, the feeling of giving up was taking over.

An: I won't have an update schedule it will be when I can, at the mo I will try do it as often as I can but until my kids start back school it's not easy,as soon as they are in school I will look into how often I will be able update and let you know.
