By the end of the night, my feet were killing me from wearing the heels for so long and from it being so cold. The snow didn't help. Bucky lead me through the streets of New York City to his place. When we arrived, he had kicked a rock out of place and bent down to pick up a key before handing it to me. "Keep this for when you need a place to stay."

I looked down at his hand as he handed me the key. "Are you sure?" I asked. Bucky nodded reassuringly. I took the key and hung onto it while watching him take out his own key to unlock the door. He opened the door and made a gesture for me to walk in first and I did so. I looked around, it wasn't much bigger than my own, but it definitely was nicer. "Make yourself at home.. do you want anything to drink?" Bucky watched as I looked around and sat down on the couch. "Oh.. um.. just some hot tea will work.." I said as I bent over to take off my shoes.

"If you want, you can sleep in my bed and I'll sleep on the couch, so your'e more comfortable." Bucky suggested, having his back facing me but I didn't respond. He turned around smiled when he had noticed that I had already fallen asleep, but I was hugging myself to keep warm. Bucky walked of the room to grab a blanket for me. He placed on me, resting it at my shoulders. My body had relaxed when I felt the warmth on my body. Bucky let out a small chuckle before kissing my head. Goodnight snowflake..

When the morning came, I had woken up to the smell of eggs and toast.. again. "Smells good.." I said quietly. Bucky heard me say something and turned around. "Good morning." He smiled. "Sleep well?" Bucky added. I nodded in response. "I did actually.. for once.." I slowly sat up and rubbed my eyes. "You know, I had fun last night. We should go dancing again." I added. Bucky chucked and nodded while still watching me. "How much longer are you going to watch me? You're burning the eggs." I laughed. "Oh shit.."

"When we're done eating, you can take me to your apartment so I can help you with your heater." I nodded in agreement. "So.. tell me about yourself, Y/N.. I was going to ask you last night but you were having fun then you fell asleep before I could even ask." Bucky stated. "Oh um.. Well.. My name is Y/N M/N L/N.. I never really had a childhood because when I was little my mother was taken fro me.. then my father.." I replied. Bucky took the eggs off the stove and turned back around to face me. "Do you know by who?" He asked. I stayed quiet for a moment or two. "Yea.."

"Who..?" he whispered. "HYDRA.." I whispered back, staring down at my hands. Hot tears stung my eyes as I forced myself to not cry. Bucky walked over to me and placed his hands on my shoulder before gently resting his head on top of mine. I leaned into him as tears silently fell down my cheeks. Bucky moved his hands around me to pull me into a hug. He eventually pulled away and placed his index finger under my chin to turn my face towards him. I forced myself to not smile as I felt him wipe away my tears with his thumb. "You're too sweet." I choked out.

Bucky softly kissed my forehead and shrugged. "I have my moments, Snowflake.." I stared at him after he had kissed my forehead. "What was that for?" I asked. "What was what for?" he asked in return. "The.. the forehead kiss.." I responded. "Oh.. sorry.. um.." Bucky just stopped typing. His cheeks and ears had turned red from embarrassment. I smiled softly at him and shook my head. "It's okay.. it was nice.. and have started calling me snowflake because of last night?"

Bucky nodded once more. "Yes.." he eventually gave me the eggs and toast to eat along for himself. Though I barely ate anything. "You've hardly touched your food." Bucky said, finishing off his plate. "Um.. sorry.. just thinking about the conversation earlier." I replied quickly. "I didn't mean to bring that up.. there's just nothing really interesting about me.." I added, pushing away my plate. Bucky stood up and grabbed both of our plates. I stood up as well and waited for him by the front door.

"It just snowed last night, do you want a coat?" It took me a minute to answer because I really didn't feel like being cold today but I felt bad for wearing his coats. As I opened my mouth to say something, I was interrupted by him handing me one of his coats. "No.. it's okay.." I said quickly. "I feel bad for wearing your things."

Bucky shook his head at me. "You're wearing the dress from last night, heels, and a light ass sweater. Take the damn coat, Y/N." He said firmly. I looked down embarrassed before looking back up and taking coat to throw over my shoulders. I unlocked the door, stepped outside, then waited for Bucky to follow and lock the door again. I lead the way back to my apartment. It was the third floor of a building on a corner, not too far from Bucky's home.

I had my own key hidden in the light that was right next to the door. I unlocked the door and got blasted in the face with the cold air. "Holy fu-" Bucky began but got cut off by me finishing his sentence. "-uck it's cold in here.." I huddled into Bucky for warmth. I showed him where the heater was and after about an hour he had fixed it.

"You know.. there's a Disney movie coming out in a couple days.." I began, watching Bucky walk back to me. "Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs.." I continued. "I wanted to know if you would want to go with me?" Bucky smirked down at me. "Yeah sure.. why not?"
