"How do you do good or bad, when you don't even understand the situation?"
-Chase, The I-Land
This quote definitely defines the whole Netflix-series. People find themselves waking up at a beach with no memories and find weird things happening to them. How do you act and most importantly: how do you get your memories back?
Without knowing who you are: are you prone to be a criminal or a cannibal? How are you supposed to act and know what is morally right or wrong if you do not even know who you are?
I thought of this series to be very insightful. You accompany "the Island's prisoners" and start to learn more about them. The ending was not expected at all and in fact, shook my moral compass to the core. It sure is worth a watch, so much for my suggestions to you.
If you already watched it, I would love to debate it with you. Right here, right now. :) I will probably only have to create a spoiler alert for that matter...
