Hi readers,
My sincere apology for the inconsistent updates. All thanks to the small sneak peek of PS and KM I saw in Instagram, pardon me if the part is not up to the mark or your expectations.
Somehow, I feel am in my writer's block phase, where I really don't feel even the urge to think what to write next...
So kindly read the upcoming parts at your risk...
Let's start...
காதலெனும் தேர்வெழுதி...
காத்திருந்த மாணவன் நான்...Mullai: NOOO...
Uttering a no, she walked down the wooden staircase. She was more than shocked with his proposal. She was a practical girl and somehow she doesn't know how the concept of love at first sight works...
How does someone fall for another person, without knowing anything about that person...
For us to even make a friendship, it takes quite some time, we need to make a bond with them, accept their faults and so on...
In such a scenario, the concept of love in the wink of eye is something she couldn't come in terms with...
Especially from a person like Kathir, who had winked at her at the first given chance and then shocked the wits out of her with his totally unexpected proposal.
Thinking him of as a guy, who will flirt and try the means with any random girl, she came down...
She somehow couldn't get how her mother and father were so wrong in judging him...
She knew her parents had the tactics to see the best in a person and for sure find the worst in a lot...
So, she is really surprised that her parents had such great opinion for a guy who seemed nothing but a pervert...Not wanting to break their bubble of the guy, she just kept mum. In case, he troubles her or something, she can let her parents know...
The next couple of weeks somehow her opinion of him had changed. He wasn't the bratty pervert guy. True to his words, he never came near her, neither did he try persuading her for loving him...
He was of the old proverb "Avan undu, avan vela undu" which his mom always used whenever she was referring to Kathir.
She also noticed knowingly or unknowingly that he also had a trait she carried.
He doesn't use any English words during his casual talk.
If the talk, was in tamizh, it stayed in tamizh and in case it was in English, then he was quite good in English as well.
She also noticed that he wasn't a spendthrift, he was more of a nature lover.
He cultivated his own staple vegetables, he used to walk his way to school.
Her mom also added on the bonus point, on how he nowadays even never requested for her two wheeler in case he had to go to the town area to get something.
On the teaching front,
She had seen him teaching the kids with such a passion. She being a MSW graduate and a helpful mind had joined a NGO, whose main aim was improving the amenities of the school was a part of her agenda.
She wanted to improvise the standard of the basic needs and so she loved her first assignment and so she had a small but distant contact with Kathir. She didn't find the pervert popping out, in fact he was quite friendly and shared a healthy relationship with all his co-workers or the other NGO colleagues of hers.
