The main protagonist of this story is a girl named Rezia Kurosaki a half pilipina half japanese girl.
She is suffering from a mental illness called Masochism, in other words she takes pleasure in pain.
At first her masochistic desires were just tiny urges but now every pain that she experience from another person especially the opposite gender seems like ecstacy for her.
Scientifically Masochism isn't always considered a mental illness, its only considered as one when the person 'suffering' is addicted to the feeling.

The picture above is my own image for the female protagonist, this picture is from a Lezhin comic called Head over Heels, I will be picturing my characters as the characters there because it suits well and I like the art style.

The next character is a boy named Hirou Haninozuka. A bully that tends to always bully our main protagonist Rezia, surprisingly (sarcasm) he is also a love interest (charaaaan).
He is suffering from a personality disorder called psychopathy, a behavioural anormality caused by both genetic and non-genetic terms,
but for Hirou what triggered his psychopathy was his past,
Born with riches doesnt mean life is always easy, both his parents were always fighting resulting for his father's suicide which resulted for his mother's schizophrenia,
With both parents away he was taken caustody by his aunt and uncle.

The next character is also a boy, his name is Kei Hitaichiin, he is Hirou's most closest friend and rival (ehem love rival ehem)
Due to his long term exposure with Kei since childhood he developed a character disorder that could be considered as a mental disorder thats commonly known as sociopathy a person with a personality disorder manifesting itself in extreme antisocial attitudes and behavior and a lack of conscience.

So someone commented that it was funny that the three of them has some sort of illness which I dont find amusing at all,
First of all the three of them are the main characters
