(Y/n)'s POV

Dante was playing a card game with Patty, Patty kept winning a lot and Dante was losing but I don't care if Dante lose, he is the man I fall in love with, "three of a kind, sorry there loser, but it looks like I take this in lady looks pal of mine, you know, well I guess I'll be taking these." Patty says to Dante.

Patty put out all of her cards down and told Dante, 'a full house' and that Dante has to buy her ten ice cream cones and she wants Dante to buy them now, "you'll make yourself sick if you eat all ten of at once. Make it one a month." Patty did not like that, "what are you talking about?! You don't even have enough money to buy ice cream cones?!" Then we heard a door open and we see a woman with sapphire hair with two pigtails, "um... is this is Devil May Cry, the place that 'gets the job done whatever it may be'?" Dante started to get in a cocky attitude, "yeah, that's right. But that only applies when I'm in the mood. And today we're in a lousy mood... so get lost." Patty came behind Dante and started whispering to him.

I was not in the mood to do a job, but if that means if we get away from Patty then I am fine with it, "I see... so you want us to rescue your older brother, who was arrested on false charges, correct?" The woman told us 'yes', before I asked her, "what's the charge?" The woman looks down and told us it was a murder charge but then she told us that her older brother would never do that, "to begin with, the man who died, Claude, was my brother's best friend!" Patty started to get in this conversation, "I wonder... sometimes the better the friends, the deeper the hatred..." this woman did not like of what Patty said, "That's not true! My brother is the last person who would..." Dante asked the woman if she have any proof of that Evidences and Dante was not in the mood, "It's like the stupid mother saying, 'my child would never do that!' There's nothing less trustworthy than feelings like that. To begin with, do you even have money? We don't come cheap." Patty needs to stop to be in our conversation, "Ten ice cream cones should about cover things..." Patty said to the woman with a smile on her face.

Me and Dante look at her with a really face to her, "I'll give you two this as payment." The woman give us a ring on our desk, "no thanks. We only work for cash." We both look up and she was gone, "What's she think she's doing?" Patty want us to accept the job, we had no choice to do it.

Dante's POV

(Y/n) was holding my hand, while we were looking inside of the bar area, "Hey! Anyone here?" We both saw a man walk out of the kitchen and told us, 'yes' I decided to asked the guy a strawberry sundae and (y/n) was going to get a (f/d), "we don't have treats for the kiddies here." I told the guy, "we didn't think you would... we can never get'em at places like this. But man, business is slow, huh?" (Y/n) was curious about this place, so she decided to have a look around.

The man put down his frying pan on the counter of where I am sitting, "I just haven't had any customers since that incident. What a nuisance..." (y/n) heard this and decided to come sit down next to me and asked the guy, "Can you tell us of everything you know... about that incident." The man was curious about (y/n) now, "who are you miss? A detective?" (Y/n) was telling him that it doesn't matter and she was telling him, if he tells us the story then she let out a secret that have customers coming to this area, "I still can't believe it. Kerry and Claude were best friends... Well, it seems Kerry was on a losing streak... all of a sudden I heard this really loud scream. 'It's my fault.'" I decided to speak up now, "That's what this 'Kerry' guy said?" The man was talking to us, of how it was taken as a confession and is arrested or no customers that were here at this place.

(Y/n) started talking now, "So this 'Claude' person that his whole body melted away." The guy told her a 'yes' to her and telling us, "You'd have thought it was the work of a demon." Me and (y/n) had serious faces on, "so where is this Kerry guy now?" The guy answer (y/n) question, "I hear he's locked up at Devil's Prison." The three of us heard a noise and noticed Morrison was playing darts, "I heard. You two are not actually thinking about going Devil's Prison, are you two?" I told Morrison about of how we were going there. Morrison told us some friendly advice, "Just forget about it. There's a rumor that no one's ever gone in there and come out alive. It's supposedly worse than hell. I doubt even you two could make it out of there." (Y/n) was putting her hand down to grabbed my hand, "wanna bet?" I told Morrison, "why the hell would I do that? It's not like I'd get any money from the both of you even if I won." I grabbed my guitar case of where my sword is and (y/n) got up to grabbed my hand, before we were about to leave the guy asked us about the secret for him to have customers, "Next time, put strawberry sundaes on the menu." I said to the guy.
