Mission 8: Once Upon A Time

(Y/n) POV
Dante was on his desk with a magazine on his face, while I was busy practicing on my guitar, (if you don't play guitar then I am sorry everyone.) till we both heard a door open and it was Morrison coming inside of our shop, when Morrison noticed Dante was sleeping on his desk again, I put my guitar down and I got up to go near Dante, Morrison was walking up to Dante and was talking to him and pulled off the magazine off his face, "Hey! Get up Dante!" Dante was not in the mood to be wake up, "What time is it?" Morrison was apologizing in a sarcastic way to Dante and was telling us, "Our client's train broke down along the way." Me and Dante gave Morrison a look before we hear our door open and we look at the person, who is a male with brown hair and brown eyes, "Tony..." Me and Dante we were confused of why the guy called Dante 'Tony' the guy was telling us, "It's me, Earnest. Don't you remember me?" I was going to say something but Dante already beat me, "How do you remember someone you've never met before?" I joined in his conversation, "he is right, though we have never seen you before?" The guy that his name is Earnest ignored my question and was talking to Dante, "Just the way you speak... You're Tony, all right. No doubt about it." Me and Dante we were still confused again, "I can understand why you'd rather not remember all of that. That was a terrible event..." the three of us look at each other and Earnest kept talking to us, "But at least, I can clear you and your mother's names! I found evidence! Evidence that it was all caused by a demon!" I decided to speak now, "are you sure that you got the right guy, because you must think it was someone else?" Earnest yelled at me, "Of course it's him!" I was little shaking from Earnest loud voice, Dante noticed this and told Earnest, "look you just can't scream at my girlfriend like that." Earnest look back at me before telling me he was sorry I gave him a nod.

Time skip still (y/n) POV
Earnest left our shop and Morrison went to our fridge and passed us a beer for the both us, "Really... what is all this about? You were late and then what you brought wasn't a job... and what the hell was that guy talking about?" I agree with Dante on this one here, "I thought you two be interested." But me and Dante didn't like it, so Morrison told us, "Twenty years ago, in a small port town called Morris Island, there was a fire that wiped out the whole town. The majority of the townspeople died in the fire, leaving only a few survivors. But afterwards, some of the survivors gave testimonials saying that an army of demons had attacked the town before the fire broke out. But nobody would believe their stories." Of course no one would believe their stories about a demon would destroy the town, "That guy who was here was one of those survivors." Morrison told us, so I speak to them, "As was this 'Tony'?" Morrison then told me of the mother, "People said Tony's mother was responsible for setting that fire." I was curious and asked Morrison about the mother and Morrison told us that they both left the town, "And he thinks I was this Tony? Ridiculous. What would make you think I could be this 'Tony'?" I feel bad for Dante, so I gave him a hug from me, Morrison told us that he had a phone call to have a meeting with Dante but besides his real name.  Dante had a look on his face and I just knew something is going on, "Dante, are you sure the name 'Tony' doesn't ring any bells for you?"

Time skip
Dante's POV
Me and (y/n) got off the train and to see Earnest was staying there, "Welcome home, Tony. Morrison called me. So you've come back to us. And you are bring your girlfriend here with us." I feel like Earnest does not want me to be with (y/n) for some reason but I didn't care of what he saids to me or my girlfriend, "That's not really what we're doing." Earnest spoke to me quick, "I know. I'm still glad that you've come. Come on. It's this way." (Y/n) hold my hand to let me know that she doesn't like this, but I hold her close to me and we started walking towards to Earnest car and I had to take the front seat and (y/n) had to sit in the back, I kept telling Earnest that I was not Tony and how (y/n) is my real girlfriend but Earnest laugh and was telling me that I wanna to keep my name a low profile here, I can tell (y/n) was really upset of Earnest that he didn't believe me, "There aren't many left here that know what happened 20 years ago. So much so that I get treated as an eccentric for still wanting to clarify what really happened." Me and (y/n) didn't care we just want to know of how he knew about me but was rude to (y/n), "very few people know what it is that we actually do." Earnest was telling us, "oh... you two mean about being a devil hunter? I just happened to hear about it from a guy in one of the circus tents." Me and (y/n) had to go there, "All right, take us to that circus tent." Earnest was confused but he took us there and once we saw a white tent with a small red flag, me and (y/n) step out of the car and we started walking towards to the tent and we saw it look abandon and we just kept our guard up, we both heard someone have a creepy giggle and we both know it was him again and I pulled out my gun out and shoot the wooden seats but only a few, I pulled out my another gun out and started pointing at my left side, (y/n) joined in as well, we both kept looking left and right but we keep hearing his giggling, "Is that the game you want to play?" (Y/n) kept looking around and we both had to check outside and we look to our left side and we point our guns at Earnest and he was in shock of what we did to him we put our guns away, "Why would you two pull a gun here?" I decided to make a little joke to him, "Just saying a little 'hello'." I heard (y/n) giggle and I smile at her, "You've really toughened up. It looks like the circus is on holiday today. Let's go! Our teacher will be so happy to see you and she like your girlfriend." (Y/n) was confused, "teacher?" Earnest was walking back to his car, me and (y/n) turned around to look back at the tent again to feel wind, then I spoke up, "If you wanna play, you come looking for us yourself." We both were walking back to the car.
