"𝚃𝚑𝚎 𝚠𝚘𝚛𝚕𝚍𝚜 𝚊 𝚋𝚒𝚐 𝚙𝚕𝚊𝚌𝚎. 𝙻𝚎𝚝'𝚜 𝚜𝚝𝚊𝚛𝚝 𝚖𝚊𝚔𝚒𝚗𝚐 𝚒𝚝 𝚜𝚖𝚊𝚕𝚕𝚎𝚛"

"All our work is gone. Ultron cleared out. He used the internet as an escape hatch" Bruce informed everyone.

"He's been in everything. Files, surveillance. Probably knows more about us than we know about each other" Natasha told the group.

"He's in your files, He's in the internet. What if he decides to access something a little more exciting?" Rhodey said while pacing across the room.

"Nuclear codes" Maria suggested.

Athena nodded "Nuclear codes" 

Rhodey looked at Tony "Look, we need to make some calls, assuming we still can" 

"Nukes he said he wants us dead" Natasha stated. 

Steve shook his head "He didn't say dead. He said extinct" 

Clint spoke up "He also said he killed somebody." 

Maria looked up "There wasn't anyone else in the building?" 

"Yes, there was," Tony told everyone.

He brought Jarvis up for them all to see. He was scrambled all over 

"This is insane" Bruce muttered.

"Jarvis was the first line of defence. He would have shut Ultron down. It makes sense" Steve spoke.

Bruce Disagreed with Steve "No. Ultron could have assimilated Jarvis. This isn't a strategy. This is rage" 

Thor walked up to Tony and grabbed him by the throat. 

"Woah it's going around" Clint joked.

"Use your words buddy" Tony gasped out.

Athena checked Thor's aura to see he was angry.

"I have more than enough words to describe you Stark" Thor spat.

"Thor put him down" Athena demanded.

He shook his head "I can't do that Lady Athena" 

"Thor put him down now! That's an order" She shouted.

He looked over at Athena and gave a nod. He knew he couldn't go against her command. "The trail went cold about 100 miles out, but it's headed north. And it has the scepter. Now we have to retrieve it, again " 

"Genies out of that bottle. Clear and present is Ultron" Natasha stated.

"I don't understand" We all looked at Dr. Cho "You built this program. Why is it trying to kill us?" 

Tony started to laugh. Bruce gave him an indication to stop but he ignored it, 

"You think this is funny?" Thor questioned.

"No. It's probably not right. This is very terrible" He started to laugh again "Is it so... it is. It is so terrible" Tony continued to laugh.

Thor started to walk towards Tony "This could have been avoided if you didn't mess with something you don't understand" 

Tony cut him off "No. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. It is funny. It's a hoot that you don't get why we need this" 

Bruce started to warn Tony again "Tony maybe this might not be the right time"

"Really? That's it? You just rollover. Show your belly every time somebody snarls?" Tony asked.

"Only when I've created a murder bot" Bruce responded.

Tony shook his head "We didn't we went even close. Were we close to an interface?" 

Bruce nodded but Steve just shook his head "Well you did something right and you did it right here. The avenges were supposed to different than S.H.I.E.L.D."

"Anyone remember when I carried a nuke through a wormhole?" Tony asked.

Rhodey shook his head "Nope never came up" 

Tony ignored him and continued "Saved New York. Recall that?" 

"Never heard that" Rhodey spoke again.

"A hostile alien army came charging through a hole in space. We're standing 300 feet below it. We're the Avengers. We can bust arms dealers all that livelong day but that up there, that's. That's the endgame. How were you guys planning on beating that?" Tony asked.

Steve looked over at Tony "Together" 

"We'll lose," He told him.

Steve nodded "Then we'll do that together too. Thor's right Ultron is calling us out. And I'd like to find him before he's ready for us. The worlds a big place. Let's start making it smaller"
