I wake up in the morning to a phone call, it's grandpa. Wonder what he wants "What the hell were you doing with Tessa Charleston last night?" he says to me Oh Fuck Forgot about that. "What do you mean Grandpa?" I act dumb "Don't play stupid with me Asher." he says getting angry. "Okay, relax grandpa, we just had dinner, it was fine and no big deal." He sighs and I can sense him rolling his eyes.
He then hangs up and I get ready for the day. I'm starting to tolerate Tessa more which is weird but I guess that's what happens when you spend time with someone and actually get to know them.

While I'm driving to work, I think about the whole situation with Nathan. It's pretty shitty that Rick would do something like that to Nathan and I can't blame Nathan for wanting to cut ties with Rick.
A couple of hours later I hear a knock on my door. I let them come in. I see Addison and Wesley "There's my favorite boy." I say to Wesley, standing up and going over to him. I bring him over to me and kiss his cheek. I hug my sister and we sit down to talk. "So I hear you're talking with Tessa?" Addison says to me. "Yeah, I am and she's actually nice." "See i've been telling you that for years." Addison and Tessa are on okay terms. They did pageants when they were little and secretly keep in touch, time to time. Addison has been telling me that Tessa isn't that bad for years and now I see that. "Anyways, Leo and I are having a party at our house this weekend and I was wondering if you can come?" "Of course I can." I say with a smile. She then says goodbye and I get back to work.
