chapter 17

Tessa's Pov

Today Stella and I looked for apartments. I'm super happy to be getting my own place. We're looked at 3 today and I really liked the first one. I move in 5 days from today so now i'm home packing up my stuff. My parents and Kennedy are out and went to Long Island to visit some friends. I hear a knock on the door. "Weird?" I say to myself while heading downstairs. I open the door.
"Asher hey what are you going here?" I say with a smile.
"Just wanted to come and see you!" he says smiling.
"Okay come in!" I say as we head up to my room.
"Sorry for the mess i'm currently moving." "It's fine and do you need some help?" he asks.
I look back at him.
"That would help, thank you!" I say

We end up packing my clothes and bigger items rather than my everyday stuff.
"Aw Tessa this is so cute." he says and turns around
"Oh shit you weren't supposed to see Frankie." I say
"Frankie?" he says
Frankie is my stuffed bear i've had since I was two and I just can't let it go.
"Just give it here." I say
"Uh no was this is adorable" he says holding the bear up high.
He's much taller than me but I try and jump to grab it but failed.
"Seriously Asher give it back."
"No way" he says with a smirk
I then shove him playfully and he shoved me back and soon we end up on my bed.
Our faces are centimeters away from each other and we look into our eyes.
Are we about to kiss right now.
He phone ends up ringing, we back away from each other and he hands me the bear.
"Yeah,Yeah i'll be right there." he says and he hangs up.
"Sorry I have to go I have to babysit Wesley but I'll see you later." he says walking away.
"Yeah I'll see you later." I said softly.
What the Fuck?

I then call Stella to help me pack and I tell her about how I almost kissed Asher.
"You did what?!?!" "Wow Tessa I cannot believe you didn't kiss him. I mean you had the opportunity and you just didn't." she says
"Well he got a phone call." I say taping up a box
"But is the phone didn't ring, would you have kissed him?" she asks
"I-I don't know Stella." I say sighing
"Do you wanna order food?" she asks
"Of course I do!"

We end up ordering Chinese while we pack and procrastinate. Stella decides to sleep over and we're watching The Longest Ride. It's one of our favorite movies. We end up talking for a bit before getting ready for bed and falling asleep.

The next morning, Stella and I wake up and decide to get ready and have a self care day. Well, not really we're just getting manicures and pedicures. We walk into the salon.
"Hey is that Addison?" Stella asks me
"Yeah it is" We both walk up to her
"Hi Tessa and Stella! How are you guys? I feel like I haven't see you two in forever!" she says
"We're doing good, we decided to go out since we've been packing all of yesterday." I say
"That's good. I'll do anything to get out of the house and have my alone time these days."
"How's Wesley?" Stella asks
"He's doing good, he's learning how to walk and he's okay at it."
We talk until she goes over to get her nails done while Stella and I sit down
"She's super nice!" Stella says
"Yeah she is." I say agreeing
I end up getting a blush pink powder dip nails and Stella gets light blue acrylics.

We then go to Chipotle to get something to eat. We both got bowls and we decided to eat at home. While we were watching TV, Stella said she needed to go to her parents house and she left.

I needed to clean the kitchen so I did that and picked up my rooms and changed into a more comfortable outfit. I continued to pack until I was feeling hungry so I made myself some dinner. I'm a pretty good cook, just lazy so I don't cook often for myself. I made myself chicken and rice and headed off to my room. After eating, I finally finished packing and decided to do a face mask. Once I did that, I took a shower and watched some criminal minds.
