Tessa's Pov It's been 2 weeks and Asher and I have been hangout out non stop. I told my parents that we are seeing each other. My mom is happy and my dad was okay with it. His family including his grandparents want us to come over today for dinner and i'm honestly super nervous for obvious reasons. I am packing up my stuff and going home to get ready for dinner. The dinner starts at 6 and it's now 3:30 so I have some time. When I get home I shower, blow dry my hair and straighten it. I'm wearing this white dress with some red mini flowers on it and paired it with some light yellow heels.

I check my phone. 5:25pm I let out a breath and head outside where Asher is waiting for me. He compliments me and we start driving. I'm super scared especially with his grandparents being there. What if they don't give me a chance? I start playing with my bracelet and Asher takes my hand. "Relax, everything will be okay" and kisses my hand. I blush and after 10 minutes we arrive at the Ryan residence.

We knock on the door and Ashers mom opens the door and welcomes us. "Hi Tessa, come in" she says with a smile. "Thank you." I say. We walk into the mansion and I stare in awe.

"Hey Tessa!" Addison says getting up and giving me a hug. I then go and sit between her and Asher. "So Tessa, what do you do for a living?" Ashers Grandmas ask me. "I'm a kindergarten teacher." I say with a slight smile. "Wow I wouldn't expect that from you." That was low key rude "Oh okay." I say We sit in silence and then we're interrupted my Nathan joining us and sits down across from me. As if this dinner couldn't get anymore uncomfortable then it already is. "Hello Tessa" Nathan says to me. "Hi Mr.Ryan." I say He nods his head and turns to Leo and talks I feel Asher rub my back for a moment in a comforting way and Addison starts talking with me. A little later, dinner comes around and we all eat. "So are you guys official?" Nathan asks "Uh we aren't official Grandpa." Asher says after hesitating for a minute. We eat for a little more until we see my family walk in. Aw what the fuck!
