Act of Impressing
Always she has been,
Impressing others,
But not herself,
She always listened to her parents,
Whatever she was told to do,
Trying to make them happy,
And leaving her happiness,
Hoping for the future,
What they don't know,
Is how deep her misery is,
As days go pass,
Her pain pierces more deeply within,
She has no shoulder to lean on,
But her own weak strength to lay on,
Her dreams and hopes are blocked from her,
For the sake of those,
Who asked her to,
She fights alone,
Yet, she's too weak to go on.
